The Crescent 102 features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to seven guests. The bright interiors, cozy furnishings, and stunning water views make it a perfect retreat. The living room includes a wall-mounted 55-inch TV, while the spacious kitchen is fully equipped for meals. Relax on the ground-floor patio accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master suite features a private bath, while the guest area includes new, built-in twin over double bunk  beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room and a washer/dryer add extra convenience.

Perfectly Gorgeous!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Crescent, again! We loved it last year, which is why we returned this year. We will likely return next year, as well! The only thing we missed, was the gorgeous bushes that created a bit of privacy between each of the 1st floor condos, closest to the Gulf. Overall, it was great again!

Great Week!

As always, we had a great week at the Crescent. The staff is always so helpful and accommodating. We had to stay an extra day due to storms on the day of our travel and the front desk staff helped me communicate with the owner to make it work. Highly recommend staying at this property!

The unit is in a super location. It has some issues with the shower in the master bath being hard to close. It could use some touch up care here and there. (Paint) It was very comfortable. It had everything we needed in it. It would have been nice to have a box fan available in the condo. The guest services woman by the name of Cheenie ( spelling) was an enormously big help. She is super “can do”. She goes above and beyond in customer service.

Favorite beach condo

This is the second year in a row that we stayed in this condo. We know the Crescent from vacationing there for 16 years now. But this unit is by far our favorite.

Exceeded Expectations

We had such a nice time. Everything with the unit and the property (and beach) was 1st class. Kind of natural to have high expectations for vacation, but the Crescent/Mirimar Beach exceeded our expectations. So wonderful.

Great Location. Electrical Quirks

The location of this condo, the views, ease of access to the pool, and beach access are all outstanding. Walking straight off the patio to the pool is very unique to this unit, and you’re close enough to the beach to hear the waves crashing. Furnishings were nice, and the condition of the condo was decent other than some electrical things. The TV in the guest bedroom wouldn’t even turn on and the plugs in that room weren’t working. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was wired incorrectly, so the fan shut off every time the light switch was turned off. The TV remote batteries in the living room were dead and the soundbar connected to the TV didn’t work, but I was able to figure out that if you manually turned off the soundbar then the TV speakers turned on. All these things weren’t a huge deal, but when I pay over $400 a night for a rental, I expect it to be turnkey ready.

Good to be be back

The Crescent has been our summer vacation spot for 15 years, as a relative of ours owned a unit. When they sold in 2021 we decided to try somewhere else. The entire trip we talked about The Crescent. LOL! This fall we were determined to come back. When searching the available units we found 102. Pictures just didn’t do it justice. The interior was amazing. Very well kept. Comfortable furniture and beds. TVs in each room with easy setup to login and automatically logout of your personal steaming accounts. The walk out straight into the lawn was so convenient and beautiful(especially at sunset). We loved this place so much that we tried to extend our stay another day or two, but couldn’t reach anyone that could help us through messages or even the phone number provided. Other than that this place was a 10 and we will try to rent each time we come down.
