The fully renovated apartment with free WiFi has a size of 55 square meters. It has a double bedroom, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. At night you fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The modern bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen with a 3-plate induction cooker is integrated into the living room. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, a lowboard with a 32 inch HD TV, which offers English, Spanish and German TV and a dining table with 4 chairs directly in front of the panoramic window. Perfect for Torrecilla

Perfect for Torrecilla beach and surrounding restaurants. The apartment had everything needed, if I had to criticise, the lifts were very small and old, I used the stairs and a few nights some other guests were quite loud but that does not reflect on the apartment.

Nerja stay

Easy booking and payment. Communication very good with owner. Apartment is exactly as described and in a great location with great view of the sea. We usually stay in the town but really enjoyed being close to the beach. Would definitely recommend... and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten uns nur schwer verabschieden. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Dass es keinen Balkon gibt, war für uns nicht schlimm, da wir die Panoramafenster mit Blick zum Meer geöffnet hatten und somit ein Balkonfeeling entstand. Der Bettkomfort ist spitze und wir haben super geschlafen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und das Entspannen am hauseigenen Pool ist unbezahlbar. Die Nähe zu den unzähligen Restaurants und Bars ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe ausreichend vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Flitterwochen

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in der wohnung verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir von paco der uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat und alles erklärt hat. Paco ist super hilfsbereit und wahnsinnig lieb. Überrascht würden wir mit einer Flasche Sekt und einem Großen Obstkorb, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Top Lage direkt am Strand und beim Frühstück kann man das Meer rauschen hören. Leider gibt es aktuell eine Baustelle für ca 3 Monate an der promenade die ein ausschlafen unmöglich macht. Ab morgens 8 Uhr ging der Bagger und der Presslufthammer los. Ein Liegen am Pool oder an diesem Strandabschnitt (es gibt in der Nähe zu Fuß wenige Minuten weitere tolle Strände) bis 16 Uhr bid die Baustelle geschlossen ist ist unmöglich. Das war leider sehr schade und da hätten wir uns vorab eine Info gewünscht. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider Quietscht das Bett nur sehr. Wenn man sich umdreht wird der Partner leider wach und umgekehrt. Die Klimaanlage (bei den Temperaturen haben wir sie zum Glück nicht benötigt) ist derzeit auch defekt und kann nicht genutzt werden Die Kommunikation mit den deutschen Eigentümern vor Anreise lief super und ohne Probleme Trotz allem würden wir wieder kommen dne nerja ist ein wundervoller Ort den man nur empfehlen kann

Todo perfecto.. desde el primer contacto con el propietario del apartamento hasta la entrega de las llaves a Paco (la persona encargada de recibirnos )...Las vistas fabulosas a la piscina y a la playa. Urbanización muy tranquila para descansar... El apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. El trato de Paco impecable... Deseando repetir, seguro que volveremos...

Het apartement is compleet, netjes en sfeervol ingericht. De voorgevel is niet voorzien van een balkon maar er kunnen wel heel veel schuiframen open. In het complex zitten 2 liften die gesitueerd zijn tegen de slaapkamer wand. Dit geeft wel eens wat geluid. Kan hinderlijk zijn voorde.lichte slapers. Bij het apartement zit geen eigen parkeergelegheid. Jammer want in het weekend is het erg lastig om je auto te parkeren. Het bijbehorende zwembad is erg mooi. Ondanks wat.minpuntjes hebben wij toch een fijne tijd gehad in Nerja.
