Great location

Enjoyed this location to access everything we needed within walking distance. The condo was clean, contemporary and well maintained. Enjoyed the small balcony looking over the street to enjoy the mountain view and people watching. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Loved Our Stay!

We've made Telluride an annual destination. This was the first time we decided on a house and so glad we chose this one. Nice place in a great location. Clean and well appointed with a super helpful management team. Hope to return!

Short ski stay

We enjoyed the property and it's location. About 8 minute walk to gondola which was not too bad. slightly long with a 4 and 8 year old but totally doable. we would stay again. Great memories made!

Good Stay

Would stay here again. Great location, convenient to Lift 7 and many amenities in town. The second bedroom having two twin beds worked very nice for our group. Minor complaints: seemed as if the cleaning crew may have missed the kitchen table, although not a major issue. One area that would have significantly improved the stay would have been more bowls (tons of plates, only 3 bowls), and updated pans (the nonstick pans were so scratched up as to be unusable).

Great Location

Great spot to jump on lift 7 and not too bad for the Gondola, but a little further walk. The space was the perfect size for the family of 4 on a ski trip, but it may be tight for more than 4 people with ski gear. We had an issue getting in at first because there was a back door with a code near the parking lot, but the code provided was for the front door, so once we found the other door it was fine. All in all this is a great all around spot for a family ski trip.

Difficult to find parking, directions to property could be better, could not access back door where

Very nice ,needs minor repairs, windows , missing mirror in bathroom, damage to drywall by window A/C unit.

Second tome

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this condo. Easy walking distance to lift 7 and to the grocery store. The kitchen is great, but could use a few things like Tupperware, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and spices (they have the containers, but empty). The heated tile floors in the bathrooms are wonderful. We would put our ski boots in there over night, so they were dry and warm for the next day. Perfect spot for us. Love it.

Christmas skiing

Property was as listed. Was a little small for our family and the first night it rained really hard. The downstairs ceiling dripped onto my daughter’s head in bed and we had to move the beds in an already small room and use one of our storage tubs to collect the water over the next couple days. Maintenance came as well as someone from the HOA. Unit was clean and updated and well stocked. It walking distance to everything in Telluride. And to the gondola to get to Mountain Village.

Comfortable condo in the middle of town

The location of the townhouse was excellent and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make a meal. The secondary bathroom had a jetted tub which was great after a day on the slopes. The master had a steam shower which was also enjoyable. It was only a 5 min walk to lift 7. The main gondola is only a 10 min walk. The grocery store is also a 5 min walk from the front door which was very convenient. The only negative was the master bedroom does not have a door. It’s in a loft space connected by stairs directly to the living room. So there is not a lot of privacy and sound from the living room invaded the space in the loft. This is the reason I gave the “accuracy of the listing” 3 stars. The listing suggests it’s a bedroom and in my experience bedrooms so have doors. All in all it was comfortable and I would stay again.

Great location for a great mountain.

Only critique would be that we partially booked this property because it had access to a hot tub. Between the time we booked and stayed, that access had no longer become available and no one had contacted us to tell us the change.
