Spacious Tiny House with incredible water views. Pet friendly. Private+Clean. No Parties.

Main floor has full bathroom, dressing room, kitchenette, dining table/chairs, sofas, TV. Sleeping loft has 1 Queen+3 Twin beds.

Tucked away in a quiet seaside neighborhood. Minutes drive to the adorable Warren Historic Waterfront District and other necessities. Kayaks available nearby.

25 min to Providence, 30 min to Newport+Beaches, 10 min to Bristol+RWU

This custom tiny house was meticulously crafted by hand. Located in the quiet hilly seaside neighborhood of Laurel Park in Warren, Rhode Island, you’ll enjoy picturesque views of the Kickemuit River.

Entire place is air conditioned and heated.

Main floor has a kitchenette, full bathroom, dressing room, couch, loveseat, Roku TV, and folding table and chairs for optional dining space.

The kitchenette has a sink, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, portable induction cooktop, and all of the utensils, dishes, and cookware you will need for your stay.

Full bathroom has a shower, toilet, and small sink. All linens and towels provided for your stay. Additional dressing room allows for a private space to get ready to explore the town.

Upstairs in the sleeping loft you’ll find a Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds and an additional Twin rollaway trundle bed. We can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The East Bay Bike Path cuts right through Warren - Bring your bikes!! 2 Kayaks available for guests.

Small/Medium sized pets only. 1 pet maximum per stay. Pet fee required.

Tiny home is on our property, but it is private and secluded from the main house. This rental does not include access to any outdoor space other than the driveway.

Self check in/out - you shouldn’t expect to encounter anyone else during your stay. I am available 24/7 via phone email and text during your stay. We live next door, so I can help with any issues that arise. 100% of the cleaning fee goes to the people cleaning the house for your stay and after you leave for the next guests.

Very cozy especially for couples with or without kids the neighborhood is quiet and the beach is really nice. Lots of good food nearby too

Perfect little house! My kids and I needed a place to stay while touring some local colleges. Beds were very comfortable, amenities worked perfectly, and parking was easy. Only about 30 minutes from Newport, so we'll definitely be back for weekend trips!

Perfect Location

Located in Warren, this location is perfect for access to Providence, Newport etc. The little house was perfect for me and my partner. My basset hound loved it too. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Ray to book . The small crafted tiny house is in a great location . A small Beach at the bay around the corner.I selected for access to see my sister who was one street down.I travel with my emotional support animal, my husband.I stayed downstairs with my dog. For people traveling with children or a couple there’s plenty of room in the upper level.It is clearly stated, the owner’s description about the ladder leading UpstairsWe knew that going in so we utilize the downstairs space as wellWonderful scenery all around the neighborhood great restaurants.Having a parking area right in front was probably one of the most things I was happiest about! Oh, and it was definitely packed with every plate, pot pan, knife, spoon, toaster, microwave, etc. and refrigeratorThere are probably instructions around the house how to properly turn things off and onThe host offered text communication. Plus, they’re very close so if there was anything they would be right there.I did like the dressing roomThere’s cute little books in the wall shaped like stars where you can hang outfitsSheets, blankets, and pillows were greatThere’s a vacuum in the changing roomIt’s a very smart layout in a great location

Super cute place for our 2 day stay

We really enjoyed this tiny house! We were out and about all during the day, only there in the evening essentially to sleep, but it had what we needed and it was clean with a thoughtful design that maximizes its space. The little beach at the end of the street has a magical view! I would definitely consider staying here again.
