The approximately 45 m² apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bright living area with a pull-out sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate hob, microwave, kettle, and filter coffee machine. In the bathroom, a spacious corner bathtub provides relaxing moments; a washing machine is also available. Air conditioning and heating are present, with usage charged as needed.



From the living area, you directly access the lovingly designed garden, where a furnished seating area and a grill are available - perfect for cosy evenings outdoors. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included. A baby bed can also be provided upon request.



The house offers several holiday apartments, whose guests equally appreciate the garden and the peaceful atmosphere. The friendly hosts live on-site and speak, among others, German, English and Italian - they are happy to help with questions or excursion tips.
