Clean and practical

The place was clean and roomy and had everything we needed. Neighbor dog made having our dog not exactly worth the hassle or expense of the great backyard. The dog terrorized our dog with excessive barking so we couldn’t have him outside except to potty. Overall this place was great for a large family with kids.

Nice but listing off a bit

The house was great! Location and proximity to beach and shopping were good. The listing states two hide a bed/ futon, there was one. It also says there were extra linens and there weren’t any to be found, we searched! Otherwise it was as listed! We made it work and enjoyed our time!

Lacks Curb Appeal

The inside of this house appeared to be recently upgraded and was is great shape. The outside was still being remodeled and the 50 year old neighborhood definitely lacked curb appeal. Unlikely to ever rent in this neighborhood again. Property manager was timely with information and directions.

I am a construction worker who started a family hospitality business. My family has years of experience remodeling homes and giving top-shelf hospitality stays to our guests. We first started this business because we wanted to move out to Texas. This is our way of preparing to move. We are trying to move the entire family at once. In the meantime, we have decided to rent out our properties before we make the move down to Texas. We want to share our homes with anyone who wants to travel or throw events. We will bring you all the same luxuries of home when you stay with us.

Our home will give you the same peace of mind you find at your house. When reading our amenities list you will find that we provide everything you will need. We even have outdoor dining and a charcoal BBQ for you to use. Inside the home, we have lighting fast wifi, and all the board games you will need to keep you and the whole family entertained. There are extra dishes and utensils for extra guests. We always give clean linens with a high thread count. We spend the most on the master bedroom mattress. We are centrally located in Corpus Christi. You will only be a short drive away from downtown, beaches, restaurants, and shops.
We are always looking for new ideas to make our property better. We will be taking in ideas from guests to make it a better stay for them.
