This rare luxury find features a fully stocked kitchen, spacious closets, 10 ft ceilings, and High-speed Internet. Chicago is #1 when it comes to dining, so guests can explore the over 50 local restaurants!

The Space:
Our newly remodeled home is located in the heart of Pilsen, Chicago. It’s cozy but mighty! Its mainly open and airy layout can accommodate up to 5 people. Hosting an event, photoshoot, or small gather during your stay? Let us know so we can inform you of our special pricing!

The home is furnished with two queen-size beds and a full-size sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 1-5 people. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, paper towels, oxygen, and more.

As I mentioned earlier, our home is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)

Rich in Latino culture, Pilsen is a neighborhood that overflows with music, art, culinary tradition, and nightlife. It’s home to award-winning restaurants, iconic music venues, and sensational murals as far as the eye can see. Free street parking is available upon request.

Other Things to Note:
In an effort to maintain a secure premise, the home is equipped with multiple exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Nice apartment clean

I like how nice and clean the apartment was. There was really nice furniture that was comfortable. The communication with seller was good.

Property was perfect, parking was less so

Property is well kept, convenient location, very clean and as described. I would definitely stay again. My only criticism is that I specifically requested a parking pass at the time of booking and confirmed again in the morning of check-in that a parking pass would be available. When we arrived, there was no parking pass and the property manager did not respond to my message about the parking pass during our stay and I had to search for free parking for about 15 minutes and settled on a somewhat shady ally nearby. My car was perfectly fine and I would stay again BUT don’t rely on the parking pass being available.

Not a worthwhile experience

This is not a very accurate listing. The couch you see in the photo is the most uncomfortable couch for sleeping and I am pretty sure it is how they are justifying the “sleeps 5” claim. There are two beds. So if you are three straight married guys, that isn’t going to work. Quick list of other issues. Frustrating check in process. Difficult communication with owner/manager. Location very so-so. Door code never worked. There was no welcome book or any info on site. The host never sent wifi info as they promised! NO TOILET PAPER WHEN WE ARRIVED AFTER A 6 HOUR DRIVE! NO properly operating AC in the summer are you kidding? There was a portable AC hooked up very improperly that was gushing hot operating air into the rental unit when we arrived. Clearly it has never been hooked up or set up to cool properly. Not a well run rental, seems clear that it is not a priority for the host. I would recommend looking for a different place unless you can get assurances that you feel good about prior to booking.

Chicago girl’s trip

We were very comfortable here. Especially nice was the quick walk to the Pink Line. The neighborhood is quiet yet lively at times. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well! Staff were quick to respond when we reached out. I would stay here again!

Wonderful location

The location is wonderful for the food and culture, the property is internally very well put together. There can be a little shock to those not familiar with Chicago neighborhood appearance. The check in process was a little delayed due to the external guest verification process. It would be nice to get that a little in advance of check in time. Also, the couch in the living room is very unfortunately for some reason. Would absolutely use this property again!

It’s good stay.

It is nice apartment needs little care and touch! Experience improves with by fix some of bathroom’s fixtures. Removing the leftover happy birthday signs hanging in living room walls and fixing shade pulling cords would helpful!

Not recommended

Wouldn’t recommend it. The checkin process was difficult. The door code never worked once they finally issued it. As other reviews stated (that I read after booking) it did in fact smell of smoke and had very strong marijuana odor that hit you right when we walking in the door. When I pay this kind of price I expect to have a clean space with clean air. There was no mention that it was a smoking unit when I made reservation. There was no reserved parking pass as promised so we had no choice but to park a few blocks away. The air conditioning did not work at all, the unit got up to 77 degrees at night. After midnight there were extremely loud noises coming from the unit directly above our bed. This went on until about 2am. Due to the heat and noise none of us could sleep. We had to yell through the ceiling and contact the listing agent in the middle of the night. I would like someone to contact me and offer a refund of this reservation.

This experience was HORRIBLE

The experience was horrible and creeping . We kept getting harassed by the owner … he stayed outside the place the entire night stalking us . He kept threatening me telling me he was going to call the authorities bc I was trespassing just because my family members was coming to visit me during the stay .. I literally left a 3 in the morning bc I felt uncomfortable and scared for my safety bc he was being such a creep ! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not prepared, communication was poor

Place smelled like cigarettes, was a smoking rental and they changed it prior to getting there, even though it smelled very poorly already. Sink faucet was broken, bathroom sink clogged, overall just not well prepared. Property manager/owner wouldn't answer messages until 2 minutes prior, just overall bad experience. Don't recommend, then has the audacity to message me three times about a review.
