Ricky was an excellent host. He was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. He even brought us an extra pillow before we had to ask. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was safe and close to Wrigley and restaurants. Thank you, Ricky. We would stay here again.

Lovely garden level apartment very close to the brown line. Within walking distance of plenty of places to eat and drink. The host was incredibly responsive and polite. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

He told us an hour before check in that he lived in the unit upstairs. Should’ve been clear on the listing. We decided to stay elsewhere.

Graduation Weekend

We had a great weekend! Rick’s place was a big part of what made the weekend so special the location comfort space and cleanliness made our whole experience great. It was easy to come and go, it was a busy weekend but staying here was stress free. we felt at home!Lovely block and neighborhood great restaurants. Very walkable and convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Chicago. The property was easy to get to and very comfortable and clean, and the host was fantastic. I will definitely be renting this place again if I am in the area.

Cubs game

The property was nice. Easy to get to. Fun play sets for little kids. Only issue we had was the toilet kept running if you didn’t pay attention to it if you didn’t push up the handle and water flowing out of shower because of the small glass door. No garbage bags found anywhere to replace the only used one we had.

Perfect location for brewery crawl

We needed a quick stay for our day up north. This location was around the corner from "Malt Row", so close to a few different breweries. Great little getaway for the night. Owner was very responsive and accommodating when we were having some trouble with the digital entry lock.

Nice Place, Great Location

The property was perfect for a short stay (we were just there for one night). Location is a short walk to Wrigley Field so perfect if you plan to catch a Cubs game. The photos in the listing are accurate but it gives the impression that you have the whole house that is shown but the accommodations are in the basement so it isn't very bright. The host was great.
