Riverfront Cozy Cottage w/kayak 3/2

Relax on the back deck overlooking the river. Pull in with your boat as there is a boat lift available. Boat lift accommodates up to 4500 lbs Parking room for your trailer on the side of our Private Road. Very nice updated kitchen. Family room overlooking the river. Private location. Kayaking is the best and awaiting your arrival. Play corn-hole on the back deck or eat all your meals watching the river. Wifi and smart tv. Washer - dryer, small cooler if needed. Gas grill.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All used towels can be placed in the bathtub. No need to strip the beds, our cleaning team will!
Turn AC to 78 before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must register all names and ages of guest staying. The guest that makes the reservation must be present. No subletting or changing guests.
No smoking inside the cottage. There will be a $450 smoking penalty if there is any evidence of smoking inside.
Septic system. VERY IMPORTANT ONLY flush toilet paper. If wipes or feminine products are flushed system backs up. $400 fee for plumbing service.

Loved the deck by the river. Very peaceful. Wonderful, updated kitchen with all amenities. Our host, Christie, went out of her way to help us with any issue we had and they were few. Would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a nice, clean and peaceful place to stay in the Stuart area.

Perfect for what we were seeking for our annual spring training trip. Very convenient for all 3 east coast stadiums. The back patio felt like you were in the bayou of rural Louisiana--lots of gators in the murky river. You're safely above them, so no need to worry! You are right off the highway, so you will hear traffic. Hostess was exceptional. Will come again next year.

If you are looking for a place that provides you with everything you need, you found it!!!

When I rent a property I want to be able to cook and have the supply's I need. This kitchen is the best supplied kitchen I have ever seen, and I have rented a lot! It is clean, warm and inviting. We didn't want for anything. Just loved sitting out on the back deck, grilling and relaxing.

Welcome to our Cozy River Cottage. I am a Realtor in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. My husband and I enjoy kayaking, golfing and playing pickle-ball. We reside in the Winter Equestrian Capital of the world! I am always available to answer any questions you have.

Why they chose this property

The St Lucie River!!! That is the main reason. This little home needed refreshing and we gave it the updates we knew you would like. It is a great location for anyone who has business to conduct as you are able to access I95 quickly or to hideaway for a peaceful rest from your job. Watch the wildlife in the back. Various birds, perhaps an alligator or river otter. So fun to relax out back and observe nature.

What makes this property unique

Bring your boat. We have a boat launch around the corner and a boat-lift to hold your boat while you are relaxing. There is room to park your trailer on our private street. We are not on Kanner highway but on a private street beneath Kanner highway. Also there is electrical for a motor home if needed. We are able to convert that to plug in an electric car but would need advance notice in order to accommodate. We have some board games inside as well as the corn hole game which you can set up on the back deck! Enjoy!
