The Space:

Welcome to your perfect waterfront getaway! This beautifully furnished, pet-friendly one-bedroom suite is designed for comfort, relaxation, and easy coastal living. Wake up to peaceful water views from your second-floor retreat, then head out to explore the nearby restaurants, shops, and coffee spots—all just minutes away.



Inside your second floor unit, you’ll find a plush king bed, generous closet space, and large flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The full kitchen and dining area make it easy to feel at home, whether you’re staying for a weekend or longer.



Outside, enjoy resort-style amenities including a sparkling pool, dog park, waterfront seating, and dock slips. Bring your furry friend and settle into a stay you won’t want to end!

Please note that this a smoke free building! No smoking is allowed within 25ft of the building! We have a very nice, designated smoking section on the south side of the property, with a picnic bench on the water.

What a great location; clean and roomy unit; yummy restaurants within walking distance; kitchen and bath supplied with everything needed. Would definitely return to this property again! Wow!!

A Suite place in Port Salerno

Clean, comfortable, waterfront location with a view, within walking distance to many of Port Salerno's dining options. Comfortable bed and adequately supplied kitchen to meet basic needs.

Lovely waterside apartment with all the amenities you could ask for! Roomy, comfortable accommodations with a great view and quiet neighbors. Highly recommend it!

Charming

Old school property in great condition. Perfect location. Landlord is responsive. Music from the restaurants across the water adds to the flavor, but does not disrupt sleep.

Wonderful place to stay

Great location and nice rooms. The room we had appeared to have some old water damage and possible mold but had everything we needed and was a great size. They go all out for our furry friends. On the site they do advertise bicycles, kayaks, etc but bikes were very rusted with some flat tires and you had to fight the spiders to get to the kayaks and i can only guess the paddles were somewhere in the open shed, that also had many critters. All in all. We loved iy and had a freat time. We will go back but will take our own bikes also go all out for our furry friends

Great little alternative

to paying for hotel if you are in the area. The location is very private, and the water view can't be beat. Owners are excellent at communicating before & during trip. They had a doggy welcome basket! It's an older building/suite so keep that in mind and also there are restaurants across the way where you can hear music until 11pm-ish on weekends. The best surprise? NO major to do list before you leave. It's great to stay somewhere that doesn't make you do half the cleaning and still charges you for cleaning!!! Turn in the key and go.

Great little place

We just lived this little getaway place. Very easy to find and in a lovely area. Everything was as expected. I would love to come back with my pups next year for a little longer stay. Communication with the property manager was always timely. 4 stars for cleanliness was just because this is a typical older florida place. The the bathrooms could be updated or silicone replaced around the tub and the dishwasher was not operational. All else was great and I had no problems with the condition of the facility. It did look like other apartments had been updated so they may not have gotten the the one we stayed in yet. Overall we were very pleased and would go back again.

This was a great place to stay. We felt at home. Everything was brand new and spotlessly clean. It was beautifully decorated. The pool was great. The location was very convenient and beautiful. This being pet friendly is a huge bonus. I have absolutely no complaints.
