Just a mile from Main Street in Breckenridge your family can spread out in our four bedroom, three bath home on three floors.

Whether you spend the day skiing, wandering the shops on Main Street, or hiking on the nearby trails, this private residence will ensure you make memories around the table and not just on the slopes.

Top Floor Master Suite

The master bedroom has a king bed with cozy down alternative pillow and comforter as well as a walk-in closet. The master bath has both a tub and shower as well as dual sinks. The kitchenette has a coffee maker as well as an electric tea kettle and convection microwave. There is also a pullout sofa, laptop desk and Samsung Smart TV.

Main Floor

The main floor provides a gathering space with full kitchen, patio and living room. The two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed while the second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed.

Entry Floor

The downstairs apartment has an enclosed studio bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath with tub and kitchen. The downstairs apartment also has the easiest access to the private hot tub. The garage leads to the mudroom and laundry room so all your adventure gear has a home as well.

**We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a blow dryer in all bathrooms to save space in your suitcase.

**Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper and Sugar and coffee are all provided for you.

Our home is just a mile from Main Street Breckenridge where you will find great restaurants, bars and boutiques.

We offer ample parking: 2 spots in garage and 3 on driveway

**4WD is required in the winter/spring months to get up the driveway

**Hot Tub use requires signed waiver and additional deposit

Location: It's about the views, beautiful! And it only took minutes to drive up the mountain from Breckenridge. Property: Three separate living levels, excellent for large groups that want to be together, but still have their own space. Amenities: Very well stocked kitchen(s), bathrooms well appointed, beds comfortable, separate decks, good lighting, Future option: Yes we would stay there again

We are a family based in Denver and get up to Summit County as much as possible! We love the mountain life - both skiing in the winter and hiking/camping in the summer. Breckenridge captures the best of Colorado. Beautiful sights, a lively small town and as much adventure to be captured as one can imagine! We have been VRBO hosts in several properties since 2015 and we love getting to know our home away from home through different perspectives.

Why they chose this property

Perfectly situated just minutes from Main Street, Breckenridge, but far enough away from the crowds that you feel relaxed and that you have truly escaped to the mountains! The neighborhood is quiet but friendly with trails steps away from the house.

What makes this property unique

A home big enough to gather with friends and family for large meals and fun memories, plus a hot tub to soak away the soreness from your day filled with activity. Modern and clean, the house was designed to capture the "mountain retreat" feel, and we have been told it fits the vibe! It is common to see moose, deer and elk from the large windows surrounding the kitchen and the kids love sledding down the driveway after fresh snow has fallen!
