Welcome to Pili Mai 12L, fondly named The Gordon Isle! Designed with your ohana (family) in mind, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury villa provides all the amenities your heart desires. Allow your cares to drift away as you prepare for a fun-filled island holiday in a newly built home with central air-conditioning and luxury finishes.
The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops and backsplashes with the subtle beauty of alder wood cabinetry. Stainless-steel appliances include a full-size refrigerator with freezer, stove range with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cookware and dishware included along with blender and coffeemaker.
Every room of Gordon Isle offers either a panoramic view of the tranquil Pacific Ocean or the lush mountainous landscape of Mount Kahili. Unwind in the spacious and comfortable living area while enjoying your favorite show or movie. Delight in each uniquely themed bedroom with inviting furnishings that complement the theme. With dual master suites each with its en-suite bathroom, a California king bedroom with an extra queen pullout option, and full-size bunk beds that also have a full-size bed pullout including a built-in keiki playhouse, Gordon Isle offers a little something special for everyone. Revel in the wisp of the morning breeze on your skin or the warmth of the setting sun while dining or relaxing on the lanai.
The Gordon Isle is set within a private recreational village known as the Pili Mai Resort and is located in the newly developed building 12. Pili Mai Resort amenities include an ohana (family) pool, a Keiki (child) pool, poolside lounge areas, an exercise center, and barbecue grills. The Kiahuna golf course, Pacos Tacos restaurant, and the Poipu Shopping Village are only a short stroll from the Gordon Isle.

Once in a lifetime

This place was perfect for 7 adults and 2 young children.It is a beautiful place with lots of beach amenities and toys for the children.Definitely recommend this place if traveling with kids!

Great place

This was a great place to stay. With all 10 of us had lots of room. The only downside just like everywhere on the island the pool closes at 9.

Beautiful accommodations...beautiful island!

This property is amazing! We had 9 adults and one child in the unit...it had plenty of space, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and the toys/beach items in garage are the cherry on top!! Fantastic stay! Thank you!

Enjoyable for all!

We were a party of 11 adults, 1 under two and a 12 year old. Space was beautiful, well stocked with dishes and beach gear. We ate dinner in most nights with our group in house and found the place to be a great hosting space. It was also very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely rent again. Access to the beach club was a great perk as well!

The home was in a great location and very nicely stocked. It was as described in the listing. We requested an early check in if possible and the rental agency allowed us to check in 3 hours early but I feel that was at the expense of a full cleaning unfortunately. After speaking with the managment company they immiedately sent someone out to finish cleaning up the home. They were very helpful and response with this and all others questions and concerns. The Athletic club that we had access to was also wonderful!

The condo was nice and well equiped for young children

Being far from the beach was a disadvantage plus being on the golf course but not being allowed on the property was a disadvantage.

My Ohana and I stayed the week of Sept 30- Oct 6th, and we knew this would be a great home for our stay but it exceeded our expectations! The photos dont do the home justice. Its a wonderful condo community with a beautiful backdrop of greenery, mountains and the golf course. TONS of perks from the community pool area to the access of the Beach Club that has a great sand play area for the little ones and water slides for the older ones. They give you towels and it has plenty of lounge space for adults with a GREAT restaurant onsite ( you must try the Mahi Mahi with fried rice). So many great shops and eateries close by, and its a great morning walk about 1.5 miles to the beach or 1 min via car. The home had plenty of towels, kitchen items so we could cook comfortably, soap for laundry, toiletries were provided that was a nice gesture, plenty of sleeping space for options for parents to sleep with kids or without. The beautiful patio, had a great view! When I visit the area again, I would stay here again! HAPPY CUSTOMER

Perfect Hawaiian Getaway

We loved our stay here! The place is really well kept up and had plenty of room for our group of 9 - everyone got their own bed. Our 4-year-old had a blast in the play area upstairs.The location is great. You can walk to the golf course in 30 seconds for the driving range or to grab tacos at the clubhouse. It's nice and quiet since you're right next to the course.The best part was all the stuff we could do. You get access to the neighborhood pool, hot tub and gym, plus the Poipu Athletic Club which is amazing. They have a special beach area for little kids, a big pool with a waterslide, and tons of fitness options - weights, machines, cardio equipment, and exercise classes. The kids loved the volleyball, basketball, pickleball courts and ping pong too.If you want a comfortable place with lots to do for the whole family, this is it. Great for big groups and the location can't be beat.

Perfect Family Condo

Great property, good location and is equipped with everything you could possibly need with exception of groceries and personal toiletries. We had a family of 10 age ranging from 4-74, 2 families (3) (5) and 2 grandmothers. The family of 5 plus 1 grandmother occupied the upstairs bedrooms with family of 3 and grandmother occupying main level bedrooms. This unit is on upper level so must be able to climb stairs. Beds very comfortable and kids ages 4-13 loved the playroom! The pool was just a short 3 minute or less depending on traffic light drive which family enjoyed with the beach also a 3-5 minutes from Condo. Waimea Canyon definitely worth the steep drive as it is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place!

We loved staying here! We had room for everyone and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved eating outside and our 6 year old loved the toys! This area was quiet and close to a lot of good beaches and good food.
