Thea and her husband were very cooperative and very responsive, answering all my questions in a timely fashion.The property was clean, well maintained, and as listed.I would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as it was listed. It was very clean and I have very high standards. The hosts were extremely helpful and cooperative and answered all my questions almost immediately. I've never had such a positive and quick response when renting other proberties. I had a questions that needed an answer and they took care of it in a very pleasant and efficient manner.I would definitely stay at this property again.rbh

Clean, easy and great location!

We really enjoyed are stay here - the downstairs living / kitchen area is perfect for family gathering, and the location is ideal! We'd definitely stay here again.

We booked this property based on its perfect 10/10 rating and 76 glowing reviews, many praising its cleanliness. Unfortunately, our experience was very different.While the main floors appeared clean, the baseboards were filthy with accumulated dust, hair, dirt, and old spills. The couch was worn and visibly stained, making us uncomfortable sitting on it. Upon arrival, the dishwasher was full of dishes that I had to unload, and a full load of bedding had been left in the dryer.The kitchen had only two regular-sized drinking glasses. Each bathroom had roughly 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no backups. We nearly ran out during our two-night stay.Outside, weeds were literally taller than our small dogs and overtaking the walkways. The advertised outdoor fire pit seating area was missing entirely. Even the entry keypad was so faded that the numbers were barely visible.At this price point, expecting cleanliness, basic supplies, and accurately advertised amenities is hardly unreasonable.We didn’t contact the owner because we were only there two nights and didn’t want to spend our visit resolving issues that should have been addressed before arrival.What puzzles me most is the discrepancy between our experience and 76 nearly flawless reviews. I genuinely question whether those reviews reflect the property’s current condition.The house was functional, but it fell far short of expectations. We would not stay again.
