Huge parking that can fit your RV (w/ free hookup), boats, and toys. Home has 8 TVs installed with Roku, including a tv that can roll outside! Amazingly fast wifi mesh internet with 600+ mbps download and 35+ mbps upload speeds. 4 high quality king beds and 4 queen bunk beds. Dog friendly! 1.5 miles to Main Street with shopping, restaurants and bars and 2.5 miles to the Lake/Beach.

SAFETY STANDARDS:
Home is equipped with smoke and CO2 detectors, fire extinguishers first aid kit, deadbolt locks on each door, outdoor lighting. We have a ring camera that records audio and video at the front door as well as security cameras recording audio and video pointed at each outdoor gate and door.

POOL:
We are happy to heat our pool for FREE for our guests. In the Summer and warmer months, the pool is heated to approx 84 degrees, which can waiver higher or lower depending on the temperature outside. In the Winter and cooler months, the pool heat may not kick in as it is an electric heat pump and doesn't activate under 60 degrees. We will do our best to heat it but can't guarantee any temperature. Our pool is serviced weekly.

HOT TUB:
Hot tub is set to approx 100 degrees but can easily be changed. Please rinse off before entering the hot tub, do not get in the hot tub if you have used self-tanner in the last week or recently dyed your hair, and absolutely no bubble bath, bath salts or bath bombs can be put in the hot tub - it will permanently break the tub and you will be financially responsible for fixing or replacing it. Max 6 guests allowed in hot tub at one time. Also, peeing in hot tubs ruins the water - just don't do it! Our hot tub is serviced weekly.

THE FINE PRINT:
-Check in time: 4pm / Check out time: 10am. If we are able to accommodate an early check in or late check out free of charge, we will happily let you know.
-We require an email, phone number, mailing address, copy of state ID from individual booking and signed contract for all reservations.
-No third-party reservations – guests that books must stay and they must be 25+ years old.
-There is a $1500 security deposit required which is being handled by VRBO.
-No glass outside in the backyard- bottles, dishware, anything that can break in or near the pool/hot tub area. We provide lots of quality plastic dish-ware and drink-ware for eating and drinking outside.
-Our home is dog-friendly to completely potty-trained dogs. No puppies. If your dog marks inside or has accidents, a sanitizing fee will be taken out of the security deposit. (dogs must be pre-approved and there is a $150 dog fee – 3 max allowed) No dogs to be left alone on the property during guests stay.
-Absolutely no parties or your deposit may be forfeited. No guests allowed on the property other than the original booking number.
-Absolutely no smoking inside or on the property.
-Currently, there is no garage access to guests but tons of driveway parking that can fit a boat/RV, toys and cars.
-No parking inside the gate (backyard).

Owners have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and its condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved "sight unseen". Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, games, hot tub, pool, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Owner will make every effort to have these items repaired if brought to their attention but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during guests occupancy. When you arrive, if you find that the house has not been cleaned to normal standards or you find any issues you want addressed, please notify the owner immediately. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to the problems but may not be able to fix everything over holidays and weekends. Under no circumstances will any of the rental money be refunded for non-working, non-essential items.
