Your Condo
Just a 20 minute drive to the center of La Fortuna, this beautiful second-floor, two-bedroom, three-full-bathroom, air-conditioned condo features a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. The spacious family room offers comfortable sofas, cable TV, and a full bathroom just off the living area — perfect for guests. You'll also find fiber-optic internet, air conditioning in every room, a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer, and an attached two-car garage.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower, a custom wood closet, and a flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, a custom wood closet, a flat-screen TV, a desk, and a private patio with beautiful views.
The Community
I designed and built this community of eight condos set on thirteen private acres. The property features a large pool area with a two-story lounge, several inviting social spaces, a gym with an adjoining massage room, and a spacious back area with three covered patios. A paved walking trail winds through the grounds, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, rainforest, and Arenal Volcano.
The eight condos include:
- Two one-bedroom, one-bath condos
- One one-bedroom, two-bath condo
- One two-bedroom, two-bath condo
- One two-bedroom, three-bath condo
- One three-bedroom, three-bath condo with a large courtyard
- One four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath condo with a large courtyard and jacuzzi room

All eight condos are individually listed on VRBO under my profile, or you can rent the entire property for a business event, wedding, or family reunion — just send me a message if you're interested.

My goal in building this community was simple: create a peaceful, private, gated and secure retreat for our guests. That's why, once you check in, we hand you the keys and step back — we're here if you need us, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your stay undisturbed.

This place is a hidden gem! It was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner was always in contact with us and the on-site manager was always available for whatever we needed. Private parking, gated property, a 1/2 mile walking trail with a stream….truly a gem.

From pre-stay to departure the property owner provided thorough and timely communication. The property was clean, spacious, and tucked into a beautiful area of La Fortuna. We enjoyed the privacy, the comfort and amenities of the location. The onsite staff was friendly and attentive to ensure we had a nice experience. Highly recommend and will be back again!

You are mistaken with 1 star. Definatly a 5 star review. Host was wonderful as were accommodations and on site personnel. Close to town of La Fortuna activities. Very secure and serene as name suggests. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was great spacious and very clean. Gregory was attentive and very helpful with any requests we had. Santos was very helpful even he is only Spanish and we were only English, we still communicated with each other. Everyone should know that the facility is 25 min outside of La Fortuna other than that a great place to stay great pool and a little hiking in the back of property

Highly recommend!!!! This place (Serenity) is truly phenomenal and we could not have asked for better accommodations!!! The owner, Greg, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again! The property is gated and each unit has a private garage. We felt very safe. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub and the privacy was a plus! Cannot say enough good things about this place!!!

Amazing Property!
Loved our stay at this amazing gated oasis. Beautiful condo and incredible grounds. Owner was so very helpful and responsive within minutes. Property manager on site who toured us around the property and was there if we had needed anything. Unit was wonderful- large kitchen, beautiful finishes.
Paved walking path in the back with lots of wildlife to see.
The pictures don’t do this place Justice. We’re definitely coming back!

If this property is on your list, look no further.
This is a “one of a kind” property. Everything from the construction of the condos to the open space and walking path, there is much attention to detail.
We even sat at the far gazebo in the mornings and we’re lucky enough to see the Toucans fly into the trees. It was surreal.
The entire property is clean and very well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were in 100% perfect condition. The host is the most responsive and accommodating that we have ever worked with. You can tell he has his heart and soul into this creation. Very much feels like it’s his pride and joy.
On a scale of 1-10, I’d give the experience an 11.
