This unit sleeps 5, features beautiful mountain views, and is located on the top floor so you can enjoy your surroundings without the noise of neighbors. Secure, heated indoor parking and elevator access provide safe and convenient ways to get to your car. And an amazing location – hiking & biking trails just outside and minutes away from ski resorts, outlet shopping, restaurants & more!

ABOUT THE SPACE
Built in 2002 for the Olympics, Crestview Condominiums boasts peaceful surroundings, scenic views, modern amenities, and an incredibly convenient and accessible location. This condo will give you nearby access to everything you need while providing a quiet retreat from the noisy bustle of the slopes! Just walk across the street to access the outlet mall, free public transit, Whole Foods or tons of other dining and shopping options!

This unit recently underwent renovations to provide our guests with the most comfortable and relaxing stay. New carpet, paint, furniture, mattresses, fixtures, & full-size washer and dryer are just some of the upgrades this unit features. The spacious living room features a brand new radiant heat fireplace so you can cozy up and relax, kick back and watch a movie on the new 55 inch TV. Or get some fresh air outside on your private deck (with a gas grill) and take in the breathtaking mountain views. With one bedroom plus a spacious loft, and two full bathrooms, this unit has plenty of room for a family or small group to stretch out and enjoy. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. In the loft you will find a queen-size bed, twin daybed, full bathroom, and TV. If you need to stay plugged-in during your travels, USB charging ports are provided as well. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals and the open floor plan brings everyone together, allowing you to cook while entertaining. And with a brand-new full-size washer and dryer in the unit you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for purchases from the Park City (Tanger) Outlets right across the street!

This unit is located on the third (top) floor of the building which is accessible by an elevator from the ground floor heated garage. This unit also provides access to a ground level private storage closet for storing outdoor gear - no more lugging skis and snowboards up to the condo after a day on the slopes!

Crestview is a secure building with an assigned indoor parking space and additional parking outside under cover. Beautiful, scenic hiking and biking trails are located just behind the Crestview complex. The complex also features a private club house, workout room, pool and hot tub. The convenient location provides excellent local amenities. You are minutes from The Canyons (9 mins), Park City Mountain Resort (13 mins), and Deer Valley (17 mins). Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all less than an hour away. Do not waste your money on ski-in ski-out and get stuck skiing the same resort. Local transit systems provide a variety of free transportation options to get you to the slopes or anywhere around town – you can even download their app and request free rides on demand! Take advantage of the free local shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex every 20 minutes or it’s just a 5 minute walk to catch the 101 bus which travels directly to the nearby slopes.

For convenient shopping, a 24-hour Wal-Mart as well as a Whole Foods Market are just around the corner. Just beyond that, Redstone and New Park Town Center provide ample dining as well as shopping options and a movie theater. Activities are available both winter and summer at the Utah Olympic Park, just over 2 miles away! Beautiful Main Street in downtown Park City is just a 15 minute drive and SLC international airport is just 30 minutes away.

• We are keyless - a door key code will be generated for easy self check-in.
• There is one assigned parking spot in the garage; plenty of additional parking is available outside.
• This condo has an in-unit full-size washer/dryer, full kitchen and Wifi.
• This condo does have air conditioning.
• This condo offers access to a locked private storage space on the ground level for storing outdoor gear during your stay.
• This condo is located on the 3rd (top) floor of an elevator building.
• Your stay includes access to the clubhouse, fitness center, pool and hot tub.
• If you need extra sleeping space or are traveling with little ones, please ask about a pack n play, highchair, and/or inflatable air mattress – we are happy to provide these upon request (dependent upon availability).

GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to the full condo and are provided with a key code for easy entry. Guests are provided access to the building's heated and secure garage, with one assigned parking space. Guests also receive access to the on-site amenities including the clubhouse, pool (seasonal), hot tub, and fitness center.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In the Kimball Junction area, less than 20 minutes to three amazing ski resorts. Easy walking distance to the outlet mall. Within 1/4 mile of Whole Foods and other dining options. Just around 30 minutes to Salt Lake City International Airport. The Kimball Junction area of Park City has amazing amenities from restaurants, bowling, movies and shopping that you can't even find in downtown Park City. The location is also convenient to Salt Lake City.

Park City is the perfect year-round destination. 468 miles of recreation trails in the Snyderville basin are accessible out your back door from the paved bike/walking path that passes behind the property. Free bus shuttles and transit services via Park City Transit and High Valley Transit to ski areas and downtown PC. Walking distance to Park City (Tanger) Outlets and a short distance to Whole Foods, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.

*PLEASE NOTE: There is currently exterior construction ongoing in the Crestview complex. During construction, the use of decks will be prohibited for safety reasons. The construction may impact the exterior of this building during the months of March and April (it will NOT impact the interior of the condo). Please contact us if you have questions about this prior to your booking.

Perfect for our family vacation!
This condo was great! Conveniently located and we had amazing, unobstructed views of the mountains. The hosts are incredibly responsive and very considerate. Be sure to check out the guest book with recommendations - it was the best one we had come across. The dedicated parking space in the garage was also a nice bonus. Overall, excellent stay and we will definitely stay here again!
