Home Truths: - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home does not have AC. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
Parking Details: 2 parking spaces are provided in the garage that is shared with the three other units of the building. No street parking.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Great location, a quick walk to the lift. Right next to a park where the little kids can sled in the park. Quiet bc it’s on a side street. All beds were very comfortable after a long day of skiing, even if there wasn’t much snow.

It ’s also great to hear the side street kept things nice and quiet, and that everyone slept comfortably after long days on the mountain (even if the snow didn’t fully cooperate!). We’d love to welcome you back for another ski trip soon — hopefully with a little extra snowfall next time!
Stayed at property with large family of 8 adults Property was clean and well kept, good access to town and Park City mountain, as well as easy drive to Deer Valley Resort. Overall good stay. Slightly small for 8 people and hot water ran out quickly, hot tub not as nice as shown in pictures, some bathroom vents don’t work and bedroom lighting was a little industrial, but otherwise as expected. Great parking situation and smooth check in. Would recommend to others and good for easy access to town and comfortable stay.

This home was absolutely amazing! It is about a 10 min walk to town, 5 min walk to the nearest lift and right across the street from a dog park. Plenty of room and very clean. We will definitely look to book this place again in the future. Can’t say enough good things about the experience!

Home was clean and exactly as advertised. We loved having the hot tub and washer dryer for all the wet ski clothing. Easy walk to Park City town and a convenient bus to Deer Valley right across the street. Children loved sledding in the park in front of the home. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was very good place to stay but a few things need to be addressed for the next guest. The 2nd fl shower head was not working and the blinder in the 1st floor was out of order.

Our trip was great. The location was terrific and the house was a great lay out for us. We had 10 people who fit very comfortably in this unit. The garage was super helpful since you can’t park on the street. We could walk to Main Street in 10 mins. The library and dog park are across the street which was great. The only drawback was the lack of AC or ceiling fans. The upstairs was warm at night. So we needed to have the windows open. There was some street noise with the windows open. Overall we had a great time and this is a great location for a family vacation. Also, big plus for active people. There is a trailhead near the top of the street. Mountain bikers can ride two blocks to the main PC Mountain parking lot and hop on a trail.

Overall the house was good and the location near the park (great sledding) and ski lifts was great. The house had no pantry to keep groceries, fairly limited silverware, so preparing meals for a large group was more challenging. A couple lights and 1 bathroom fan was out. Only the master bedroom had a dresser, meaning storing clothes in the other rooms was in suitcases. The hot tub stopped working after the first day, and the AvantStay app is basically not helpful - the chatbot didn’t have an answer our question. The phone number listed to call, no one ever picked up.
