Ce duplex familial offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan Atlantique à partir de trois ponts distincts. Écoutez le bruit des vagues que vous vous reposez dans votre chambre en bord de mer. Réveillez-vous à un magnifique lever de soleil. Passez la journée à regarder les dauphins jouer dans les vagues.

Ce duplex familial et convivial est extrêmement spacieux avec une sensation haut de gamme. Trois chambres face à l'océan direct. Golf incroyable à quelques kilomètres. Cette maison est notre escapade en famille, et nous sommes très fiers de le maintenir à nos normes élevées.

Nous fournissons à nos clients une cuisine complète avec des fournitures et des appareils électroménagers tout neufs en acier inoxydable. Nous avons récemment amélioré notre laveuse et notre sécheuse et avons récemment repeint l’intérieur au complet. Détendez-vous sur des matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme et du linge de maison haut de gamme, et profitez de notre cafetière Keurig et de notre machine à café Nespresso pour préparer un expresso matinal! Nous proposons également des équipements pour les nourrissons et les animaux domestiques.

Great Family Beach House

Perfect for a great family getaway to the beach. Kid friendly, pet friendly and everything you need for a successful trip. Felt like home away from home and the decor was thoughtful without being gaudy and over the top beachy.

The house was exactly as the listing posted. The beach is so close to the house, literally feet away. We heard the waves all night! A very nice place we hope to visit again!

A little get away

Absolutely perfect home. Very clean, spacious and well equipped! We sat on the porch for our morning coffee and watched the dolphins swim by. The kids had a blast. We extended an extra night and even then we didn’t want to leave!! You won’t be disappointed here folks! Book it, make memories:-)

Location of the property

Did he location of the property related to the beach was awesome. Just steps from the back door to the beach. House needed some maintenance. Outside bushes near the entrance from the road need trimmed back. It was clean and well equipped.

The beauty of this house is that it is steps to the sand and perfect for families with children. My grandchildren just ran and ran on the wonderful beach and in the surf. The sand is perfect for making sand castles! The view of the water from the deck and three of the bedrooms is spectacular. The house is very easy with a well appointed and equipped kitchen. We had six adults and two children and there was plenty of room. Thanks Megan for all your help with our booking, we would definitely stay here again.

Beach vacay

This house was in a good location. The only thing to be super mindful of is it’s a duplex, with shared gate deck. So if you’re looking for super private this isn’t your place. They allow dogs which is great but we did stress a lot about dog hair(which we are infused with always!). Dogs are asked to be crated and not allowed anywhere but hardwoods, which is a lot of work. Other than that it was great.

House - 2nd story, door handles broken, neither door could be locked.

Outdoor furniture needs to be equal, house instruction should be in plane site, not on side of fridge where you never see them. Everything else was good

Great place, but a few issues

Owner was very communicative and responsive. The location was excellent. 5BR and 3 BA was plenty of room for our 9. Right on the gorgeous beach! Property is nice but definitely showing its age. Rust on the doors and A/C unit with mold on several vents. Floors were clearly not cleaned. Short on towels but owner had 8 more delivered same day. It was quite warm upon arrival but owner had A/C repairman out to fix the same day. TVs everywhere with firesticks. Some of the fixtures were coming out of the walls (towel racks, tp holders, etc.) Kitchen was well stocked. It was mostly nice but we ended up leaving Wed. instead of Saturday.

Favorite Vacation Home

First time at Top Sail beach and this vacation home was the best vacation home we've ever stay in!! It was very clean and literally steps to the beach! Plenty of room for our group of 17. The only thing I would say is that a few kitchen items could use an upgrade, especially the toaster. But we would most definitely stay here again! The property manager was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Overall this was our most favorite vacation home ever!!

Lovely vacation home

We had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Daze. The home is well equipped, spacious, centrally located, and on a beautiful beach. The kids loved the bunk room upstairs. It was our first time staying in a duplex, but the neighbors were friendly and we had no problems. I would stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Perfect location not so perfect property

If your looking for beachfront can’t beat the location, however serious maintenance issues, rotten and uneven decking kids got slivers, missing and loose railings, water gets in under door seal during heavy rain, missing pieces of siding, exposed electrical/junction box dangling through rotten soffit, outside shower dripping continuously due broken valve, worst exterior of any house in area, interior acceptable .

Somewhat disappointing

Good but our trip was marred by an electrical problem that took three days and two different people to correct it. It meant having maintenance people in the home with us for part of the first three days. There were no lights in the kitchen and the outside security light at the top of the stairs was not working creating a safety hazard while trying to navigate the steps. Interrupting our vacation and not have full, uninterrupted use of the home was not what we expected or wanted. Some reduction in the amount we paid would be fair considering the inconvenience and full loss of use.

Beautiful View

The view was absolutely amazing. We saw lots of dolphins in the morning and beautiful sunrises. The owner was great with corresponding quickly to my questions. One suggestion is to replace the deck boards as they are dried out and a trip hazard. I would get the windows checked out also and suggest updating the tile floors. I do think the price was a little too much for the property.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Wow! All I can say is that this house is located RIGHT on the ocean, and the house itself is beautifully decorated. light and bright. Christiana was really easy to contact if we had questions and she helped with all our needs. Hope we didn't bother her too much! We'll be back next year! Highly recommend!

An Ocean in Your Own Backyard !

Wonderful home right on the beach. We spent a week in October here and the weather was fabulous. The home is furnished as advertised and the Owner (Christiana) is super responsive. We've spent many weeks at Topsail over the years. This week - in this house - was the best so far.

Awesome Vacation

Home is comfortable. The deck has lots of seating, a gorgeous view, and a shower. Having a great beach as your backyard makes for easy entertainment. Seventeen of us, ages 78-5, had plenty of room. Kitchen is roomy with plenty of amenities. Appliances seemed to be new. An air conditioning issue was dealt with immediately. This was our family's second time spending a week at this house, and all agree it was the best family trip ever.

We love Topsail Island. We purchased this house because Topsail provides a quiet and family oriented get away. The beaches are gorgeous, and not overly crowded. Also, incredible golfing just a few miles away!!
