Wonderful family spot

Fantastic home with everything a family could ask for. Loved the location, pool, hot tub and all the extra beach items! Could not ask for a shorter walk to the beach or a better view. House was super clean and well appointed. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Oceanfront Family Getaway with Stunning Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront home! The views were absolutely incredible, from peaceful mornings with coffee watching the waves to relaxing evenings listening to the ocean. The sound of the surf made it the perfect place to unwind.The house was spotless when we arrived, well-maintained, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable beach vacation. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made it easy to bring our furry family member along.The owner and property manager were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through checkout. Their attention to detail really showed.If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing family beach getaway with stunning ocean views, a clean and comfortable home, this is the perfect place. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and pool!

Great location, steep stairs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of things to love and some room for improvement at Summer Winds. Let’s start with the positives:-Great views of the ocean and beach, and even to the sound on the backside of the home-Good sized kitchen, living area, and bedrooms. The loft space was larger than expected Cons:-the steps in the home from the garage to mid level and up to main level are extremely steep. We had expected to be able to use the photographed lift (apparently not available for guests), so was very hard for some elderly and one with recent medical problems to carry anything up. Even for the healthy, bringing things in the home was extremely challenging and exhausting. The outside steps are a little less steep, but the midsection is loose from the house and unnerving. Also strange there aren’t steps to the backyard from the mid level, have to go down to the ground level and around the side to let a dog into the backyard-pool table as the kitchen table was strange. It worked, but awkwardly spaced people away from each otherOverall we have mixed feelings about this house. It checked so many boxes for us, but without access to the lift (even if we had to pay a fee, would be willing) I don’t know that we will return.

Nice house ocean front

Very nice house, great communication with the property owner. The only thing that would have made our stay easier, would have been either doors or baby gates. The steps from 1st to 2nd floor were really steep and wide open to the main living area, as well as the steps going up to the 3rd floor, which made it extremely hard to relax with active toddlers. Great house, just not real toddler friendly.
