Two bedroom, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds.
The living room has one sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, an air fryer, and an ice maker.
There is a barbecue with all utensils and charcoal.

There is also a large garage and yard for your convenience. The driveway is large enough for a trailer as well.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous home. It felt like home away from home. My husband slept really well and he doesn't even sleep well as home. It was so relaxing to be just outside town. The yard was beautiful. Having the chairs to relax in was wonderful! Thank You for such a wonderful stay!

George our host was wonderful. Easily available and responsive if there was a problem.The house was very well stocked with spices, tin foil,baggies, food wraps. Decor is relaxed, homey and comfortable including the beds with plenty of towels, wash cloths etc.Location is an easy drive to Alexanander Bay. Thank you George for a great stay

No one is more responsive in communicating than this host. We had a small issue early in our stay and he came and rectified it within a few minutes. Highly recommended

Goerge was a wonderful host to work with. We were able to check-in early and chech-out late. His communication was excellent. The property and area was absolutely beautiful! We had most everything to cook with. A few things could be added to the kitchen but it won't stop you from cooking, grilling, eating etc.

Great stay

Private location but still easy access to Alexandria Bay and Clayton. The house wes clean and has plenty of space inside and out. I would/will stay there again.

Peaceful location with a short commute to any attraction you may want to visit in the Alex Bay area.Host laid out everything we could need & left clear instructions on expectations of guests.Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great place near Alexandria Bay

Its a very clean place and nicely kept. Highly recommend for two or three families. Host was great and kept all the essentials ready for us.

Wonderful weekend in Alexandria Bay!!

We had an awesome weekend at this house! The host, George was great! I highly recommend staying here. It was so much better than a hotel, roomy, comfortable and inviting.

Extended weekend stay

This was a great place to stay for an extended weekend trip! The location was ideal for touring and fishing the Thousand Island area. We had plenty of room inside the house and outside. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Check in was a breeze. Our host George was easy to reach and communicate with. The house is roomy and comfortable. It is close to shops and Uncle Sam's boat tours in Alexandria Bay. The house is off a quiet, picturesque road making it a nice place to get away and relax. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely rent out the house again

Great property. Clean, well maintained and well stocked with essentials. George made himself available at all times for questions. There is lots of room to invite family members for dinner. Great outdoor space. Close to Alex Bay. Will stay again when in the area.

Wonderful experience

Was a fantastic experience from the start. Communication was top notch, the house was extremely clean and organized and had a lot more things than I would expect to accommodate the time there. Property was close enough to anything you want to do but far enough that you could relax outside without hearing anything. Will stay here again without a doubt!!

Thousand Islands Gem

Great place to stay. Well maintained property centrally located in the 1000 Islands Region allowing you to explore all the things the area has to offer. Property owner great to deal with. Quick to answer any questions and to offer suggestions of things to see and do in the area. Would stay again if back in the area.
