What makes this bungalow unique

We have delighted in many moon-lit evenings enjoying the reggae tunes of 'Inner Visions' every Thursday. We have the choice of making the short walk to Sputnik's for the live show or taking it all in from our deck. The cabana is truly nestled in the valley, and comes alive with the night sounds of nature. The chorus of tree frogs lulls us to sleep every night.

We come down annually and stay at Cinnamon Bay Campgrounds. They are closed this year because of the hurricane. The Christmas Cottage and staying on Coral Bay was a refreshing change. We gained a new appreciation for the island on many levels. We will be back!

We are long time campers at Cinnamon Bay Campground. This was a great place for us since campground was closed by Irma. Come to St John. Still gorgeous and no crowds.

As adorable as it looks!

  • 5 of 5

I couldn't have been happier! Marcia is a wonderful hostess. She helped us get snorkeling right away and the had everything we needed to feel at home. She even brought me a guitar to play when she found out I"m a musician. My partner was a little skeptical about the composting toilet but he got used to it and we both enjoyed the outdoor shower. She also recommended Lucy's for brunch and yes yes it was worth it! and when we weren't sure, because we hadn't made reservations, we should check out the fancy restaurant Zozo she handed us her phone and said "go" . Again she was absolutely right!

Very Simple Living

  • 5 of 5

Charmingly quaint, this is essentially camping in the countryside with a few luxuries. Warm outdoor showers, geckos❤️, roosters, and a very gracious host. Thanks Marcia. It was a lovely stay.

Cute and Simple

  • 4 of 5

We truly felt welcomed by Marcia and she was very helpful - just a text away. The property had everything you need to relax. Just a quick drive (1 minute) to Coral Bay. There were two downsides: the bed was a bit small for anyone acquainted with a king and a bit firm as it is more of a futon. Also, the privacy isn't superb if you're taking a shower while someone walks across the front garden, so be prepared to rig up a towel or sheet (which we were perfectly able to do!).

The gardens were beautiful and we woke to hummingbird flights everyday. The studio room is decorated very warmly and again, has everything you need!
