We had a great stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Parking was convenient, and the location was nice and quiet. It was perfect for our little getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This was a great space for a location we’d never visited before. We needed a pleasant, restful place to get away from the daily activities we were visiting Council Bluffs for that week and this place met those needs.

Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed this easy to find place in Council Bluffs! Street side parking, walk right up to your place, clean and well decorated! Close to food places. Great place to stay!!!

Beautifully decorated, clean and great size for our stay. Eric was very responsive when needed. Bedrooms in back of unit cut out noise from trucking yard across the street.

Host was very communicative and flexible. Gave awesome recommendations for dinner places for Valentines Day. Loved the place — very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend. Keeping this info for a future reservation.

Our family was in the area for a youth baseball tournament in the Omaha area. The updated unit was very nice with plenty of amenities. The industrial plant was a little bit noisy in the mornings, but that was as described in the listing. Owner was very responsive to any questions during our time. Would return back to this unit if we make it back to the area in the future.

Eric is simply the best landlord I have ever met. He is so kind and thoughtful and always be there for his customers. Great communication skills before and during our stay and provided more help than we could expect. Highly recommend his place!

Comfy Condo Council Bluffs

Very clean, nicely furnished condo in Council Bluffs. Easy access to Omaha. Neighborhood is a bit noisy with truck distribution center across the street.

Charming Apt in a great location

We stayed for my son’s pathway to Omaha tournament. And the location could not have been more perfect. A 10 minute drive to all the spots we had to be. Not to mention what an adorable apartment this was. It was perfect for me and my son. We would love to come back again!

Beautiful and functional spaces. Nicely decorated. Although not necessarily close to main attractions in Council Bluffs and neighboring Omaha, was certainly a comfortable and beautiful space in which to stay.

Very Nice

We enjoyed the property. It definitely met our needs for a 3 night stay in December, 2022. Convenient to local attractions: Casino, Omaha, downtown Council Bluffs, Dodge House. Owner communicated with excellence and provided regular check ins and replied promptly. Property interior was very good. Clean and well-appointed. Recommended.

Nice gem in Council Bluffs

This rental worked out well for us. We never had to travel beyond 15 minutes to get to anywhere we needed to be, and it was the perfect fit for the two of us.
