Recent enhancements include a new firepit, BBQ grill, garage converted game room, and a Pickleball/basketball sport court. soft and cozy mattresses and linens and 4 bedrooms have a private bathroom. Kids nook inside to separate from the main living area. Pool heat upon request ($100/day extra). Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

We are only minutes away from some of the best dining and nightlife accommodations Scottsdale has to offer. Oldtown is only a short Uber away. Downtown is 10 minutes away and the airport is 12 minutes away. The up-and-coming area of Biltmore is less than 10 minutes away from this house.
Getting Around:
Navigating the area is a breeze from this centrally located haven. Various transportation options provide convenient access to nearby attractions and beyond.
