My family stayed in your home, June 10-14. We really enjoyed our stay. It was just the right amount of space for our group.The home itself is beautiful with beautiful views, spacious kitchen, and bedrooms, and a location that was supreme, directly on the beach, on the water and near all the amenities. That being said, the home is little “tired.” We had ants in the kitchen, traps were placed, but were ineffective. There really was no table for six people to sit at comfortably. It would’ve been nice to have had a dust pan for the broom. Did I miss the tissues? Some replacement of pots and pans, toater necessary. In spite of these few things, we had a great time and would recommend it. Thanks for everything.

They were able to play on the beach in front of our house while we either watched them from our screened in front porch or the outside patio even closer to the kids. When they were done playing in the sand they had the option of a 1 minute walk to the swimming pool.

The house is very well kept and clean, and is in a perfect location in the community. Our only feedback would be to provide more towels and kitchen supplies; while enough was supplied to get by for the week, it felt like a stretch. Overall we had a great time & would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this property and have stayed here several years now. One can easily tell that the property was designed with love and foresight! We love the fact that there are three bathrooms attached to the three bedrooms and another full bath on the main level. The Beachwalk desk and maintenance staff were all amazing: helpful, kind, courteous and persistent. The house needs some attention from the owners though. The washing machine was broken when we got there and needed to be replaced but was not. Two of the toilets were clogged or slow when we got there. The plumber said the toilets really should be replaced. The main eating table is too small for the size of the house and number of people it sleeps. That all said, we love the whole experience at the house and being on the beach, as well as close to the amenities. Just wish some of the things in the house would be replaced or updated.

Love the location, the pond, the distance to the lake, the pool. The house was very clean. Only thing was there were no beach towels, no soap / shampoo in the showers. We just went to Walmart and got all that, but wish I had known that before. The check in process was very easy and they respond quickly to emails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside was clean and pretty, however the outside could use a grounds keeper. We found a bonfire pit buried in knee deep weeds. Suffice it to say, we did not use it for fear of a brush fire. And one of the blinds on the porch could not be rolled up to see the view. Although, that may have been intentional. Neither the weeds nor the blind hindered our stay. We would definitely recommend and re-rent this home!

First time on Lake Kai as well, which also made it a great location just a little distance to the clubhouse. Bathrooms in each bedroom were a game-changer for the 6 adults!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would have been a great experience if the refrigerator was not leaking all over the floor. It was also not cold enough to keep food appropriately and did not make ice. The resort staff was right on it sending repair man to fix the cooling part but was unable to fix water to ice maker. Staff supplied us with ice. It was very disappointing to realize the owner knew this as the water damage to walls around the refrigerator revealed this has been happening for quite some time. It was also frustrating that there were televisions in 2 of the 3 bedrooms that did not work. If the owner replaces the refrigerator and non working TV’s I would definitely recommend this property to others.
