Summary:

Return of the Jetty is a beautifully remodeled oceanfront studio that sleeps 4 with a king bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and full bathroom. Located just a block from the sand, you’ll enjoy private beach access and a game room for all-ages fun. Pet friendly—up to 2 well-behaved pets welcome (fee applies).



The Space:

Return of the Jetty is a beautifully remodeled studio that sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, and full bathroom.



Take a dip in our indoor pool, challenge your friends in our on-site game room, or step outside on the private balcony to soak in views of the ocean. Located just a block from the sand, you’ll enjoy private beach access within easy walking distance. This unit is pet friendly—up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome (a standard pet fee applies).



We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful ocean view condo!

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

The property is extremely noisy. It is right outside the pool so busy traffic next to bedroom windows, we could actually hear the people above us talking and their walking back & forth sounded like a heard of elephants. A little insulation in between each unit would help.

Shower head didn't work. Hot tub and pool were out of order. We had an ocean view room that was blocked off for painting so we didn't have a view. There was no mention in the criteria that there was going to be painting done during our stay. The 400 for two nights with all those issues didn't seem worth it.

We also understand your disappointment regarding the pool, hot tub, and the temporary obstruction of the ocean view due to the exterior painting project. The painting was part of a larger property improvement project, and a construction notice was sent prior to arrival that included information about the exterior work and potential impacts to guest amenities and views. We recognize that these temporary inconveniences can affect the overall experience, and we appreciate your patience while these improvements were being completed. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue to improve both our communication and guest experience. We wish you all the best and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future once the property improvements have been completed.

Perfect location and family get away!

Great space accommodations for our four piece and family dog to enjoy a family get away to the beach! Excellent beach access and a little dog walking park just a block away. It was a great location to the pool and game room offered. Bring quarters and laundry soap if you plan on needing to perform laundry duties!

Great Stay Near the Beach

This condo was perfect for our stay. Our only negative was that the floors were a little dirty and the couch had some stains but it wasn't something that truly affected our stay. We would stay at this location again during our next visit.
