The Space:

Unit 205 is a one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront suite. Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Such a wonderful view. Kitchen was well stocked had pots, pans, spices. Really very nice. Heater in bedroom didn't work but the living room heater kept the place toasty.

Everything was good except the amount of road noise. The door of the unit needs to be repaired and sealed large caps in seal cause a large amount of road noise to be heard in the room as it travels up the stairs.

The condo was very clean and very good location. Close to the beach and places to eat. The condo was very well equipped and we didn't have to worry about running out of anything (i.e. Toilet paper) Staff was very friendly The only negatives is it is close to Highway 101 so you do hear some road noise. Also there is no dishwasher. Didn't make much difference to us, but it's something to be aware of.

Fantastic Stay at the Beach!

What a wonderful condo! We loved sitting on the veranda and watching the action on the beach. We had easy access to the beach, which our dog loved! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We have found our place at the beach!
