The Space:

Welcome to the exclusivity of HÓZHÓ Scottsdale. It is an elite luxury resort and a top-tier private vacation rental property. Built-in the warm sand of Scottsdale, surrounded by irresistible desert vistas and soothing silence, sits this stunning 6000+ square foot estate. Awaiting you and your guests is a backyard oasis that rivals any resort. An interior purposefully finished to maximize comfort and indulgence, and concierge partners that cater to your every need.



Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the residence and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort-style backyard with a pool, spa, water features, outdoor shower, and changing room—a covered ramada with TV, bar area, and ample plush seating. There is an option to add pool heat for a fee during the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort-style lounge seating with large lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to play some pickleball or a game of basketball? Head on over to the sports court. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, outdoor pool table, horseshoes, and large yard area to run around or play cornhole. The back patio and ramada are equipped with misters to add coolness to your outdoor entertainment during the hot Arizona days.



Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and oversized bath and pool towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the entertainer's kitchen, complete with Wolf appliances and top-end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun, be sure to wind down in your private media room, complete with Sonos surround sound. Need some additional entertainment? Take a game of shuffleboard, play a game of cards, or watch your favorite show on one of the TVs in every main space and bedroom. Your HÓZHÓ experience has it all!



Main House:

Bed 1 - King Master with fireplace and a desk to work from home overlooking pool. The master bathroom offers a walk-through shower, 7 shower heads, a jetted bathtub, double vanities, and a toilet room.

Bed 2 - King bed ensuite. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo.

Bed 3 - The King bedroom shares a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with bedroom 4.

Bed 4 - The King bedroom shares a jack-n-jill style full bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bed 5 - Twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds.

Bed 6 - The King bedroom shares a bath with a walk-in shower in the hallway



Guest Casita:

Bed 7 - Queen bedroom that shares a full bathroom in the hall.

Bed 8 - King master ensuite with walk-in shower

Bed 9 - Two Queen guest beds that shares a full shower/tub combo bath in hall with bedroom 7.

The cozy living area and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and sink.



Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.



**Pool heating is available upon request and is highly recommended from September through April. Fees do apply.

- Rideshare (Waymo/Uber/Lyft) are plentiful and convenient in the area.

- Valley Metro and public transit operate across the Valley; however, North Scottsdale is not heavily served by the railway.
