Absolutely perfect

We were in town for a tournament and this property was perfect. The hosts are responsive and so accommodating. The kitchen was super well stocked that made cooking easy while looking out at a spectacular view. They beds are very comfortable and I truly would loved our weekend there. We will definitely be booking this again.

Manhattan Beach Beauty

We loved our time at Manhattan Beach visiting our daughter. The trip was made so special thanks to David, our vrbo host and owner of the property. From fresh cut flowers to a wine surprise, we felt a warm welcome and loved the vibe of the house. We loved sitting on the patio with the firepit and soaking in the gorgeous view! There are also adorable restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is very lovely and has everything you need down to the beach, equipment and beach towels. The host is gracious and insured that we had everything we needed. I hope to return again someday soon!

Great House with amazing Views

We had an absolut amazing week in Davids House. The House is perfectly equipped, espacially for days at the Beach. David was super fast with the Communication and answered very quick, when we had any questions. I absolutely recommend this house. We would always come again.

Perfect Home in Manhattan Beach

We couldn't have asked for a better home base during our trip to the South Bay. This home is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and wonderfully equipped for everything we needed. We loved the sweeping views of the Pacific ocean and enjoyed walking to great markets, restaurants, salons, shops, etc. and the Strand. But, what makes this home even more special is the kindness and hospitality shown by our host. Thank you, David for helping to make our trip fantastic!

Family Wedding

The house was great for two adults, an adult son, a teen and toddler. David was a great property manager. He was always available if we had a question. The location is great. Very close to the beach. Garage parking was a benefit. House was beautiful and well equipped. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I definitely would stay again.

Perfect location for a SoCal vacation

This home is in a great location near restaurants (we loved Sloopy’s), a market, and bike rental shop. We loved being able to walk to the beach and ride bikes along the beach bike path to downtown Manhattan Beach. This home is very clean, with a beautiful, newly painted white kitchen overlooking the ocean. Great outdoor space with a fire pit and views. David was a very attentive host and went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful Home and Views

The house is wonderful — beautiful views across all top floor windows, high quality home and finishes, very attractive and comfortable decorating, lovely terrace with fire pit and bbq — honestly the list goes on and on. We visit Manhattan Beach frequently and this house is at the top of our list. The home is also very quiet with no traffic noise and quiet neighborhood. It’s also just a few blocks to the Strand and beach. David was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. We had a lovely two week stay and look forward to more!

Perfect House in a Great Location

Perfect for our group of 3 couples. We had a great long weekend in this home and were sorry to have to leave. The home is clean, warm and updated with tasteful decor. We loved the views and the location for a quick bite or a short walk down to the beach. It's a longer walk to the main part of town but there is plenty right outside the door as well. Multiple levels are great for privacy as are the adjoining bathrooms in all bedrooms. David is a super host as well and he was responsive to anything we needed. Can't wait to come back again and again.

Peaceful and Elegant Retreat

I had lived in the area so knew already why people seek out the uniquely great the beach, restaurants, culture, and overall vibe of Manhattan Beach. The owners take great care of this unique property that has stunning ocean sounds and views and surprising proximity to all the action without the typical MB traffic, even on a beautiful beach weekend. This is not for those looking for a bargain basement party crash pad, no easy street guest parking will frustrate you. Extended family that stayed with us for graduation weekend were surprised at the fun filled elegance this place had to offer. I don't leave reviews often, this nice experience deserved the effort to do so.

Beach Home away from home perfection !

I can’t say enough how absolutely Wonderful our stay was! David was an absolute pleasure of a host! Hostess with mostess ! Davis was more then friendly gracious and helpful from before we arrived until we drove off. He met us upon arrival and had wine champagne and fruit waiting. Everything was pristine and delightful. The home was perfect for two families with plenty of space. Beautiful Ocean views and fantastic location. Better then we hoped for. We rented bikes and road on the strand to and from Hermosa beach everyday ! can’t wait to come back next year. We were actually sad to leave. Thank you David for making our stay most comfortable and enjoyable! Perfect Home.. host and location !

Great property

This property was great! Good location within MB and easy access to all other LA areas. Only one block to some good eateries. The manager/owner was very responsive. The house had everything you would ever need - plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and cooking oils, condiments, etc., beach activity gear. The best was that the place was stocked with coffee - hate waking up the first morning and having to go to the store. The owner was also kind enough to stock us with some citrus fruits, and he dropped off a bottle of champagne! Also, the owner didn't make us clean up, which is a big plus in my book. We are neat to begin with so left the place in pretty tidy condition, but there is nothing that takes away from that vacation feel than having to take the trash out. Couldn't say more great things about this place. If we stay in the area again, will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 had the best time on our visit to MB!! We loved this property and its proximity to restaurants and the gorgeous beach just down the hill. We would absolutely stay here again. The main floor view is spectacular. There is such a lovely ocean breeze that comes through the windows and we thoroughly enjoyed our family time in the evening around the fire pit, as well as our couple time in the morning with our Nespresso coffee, complete with perfectly frothed milk! As others have noted, the hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating.
