Two min walk to the beach with a ocean view and a headed pool
Make memories at the Yucatán style home. You can enjoy view of the gulf Mexico and the south. The entire condo has been renovated. You will feel at home with our outdoor patio/BBQ space and pool. In the summer you can enjoy the fireworks from the patio.
We make the most of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath space for your family to enjoy. You have access to a BBQ area. Parking provided for two cars. The our door space will make you feel like you are truly on an island paradise. If you prefer to watch a Tv, you can enjoy the smart TV’S. We make sure the the Internet give you the best for all of your devices and ours. Simply login to your favorite app and relax.
The master room has a queen bed is upstairs and the second room has two queen beds will sleep 4 and the 3rd bedroom is downstairs which has a separate entrance with a king bed and a futon and private bathroom.
The pool can be heated for extra cost 30 dollars per day
For spring breaker, there will be a cash deposit required that may be refunded upon inspection of the residence on check out day.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Check out is at 11:00 am tomorrow
-Leave all remotes in there correct place any loss remote control will be charger to you.
-Throw all trash in garbage bags and place on trash can outside.
-Leave the dishes clean
-We will request money from Airbnb for any items missing.
-Lock the door
-clean pool area
-clean BBQ pit if you used
