Our detached house is located on a landscaped plot.
It has a living room, four bedrooms with 2 x bathrooms a Gr, kitchen, two sun terraces with sea views
From the living room and the terrace you have remote and panoramic views of southern Lanzarote, the Atlantic Ocean and Fuerteventura. Nice view and in the village of La Asomada.
The house is fully furnished and equipped - incl. Bed and table linen, hand and bath towels, washing machine, safe, sun loungers, television via ASTRA satellite with all German and English channels.

First stay in lanzarote P.del Carmen area

Really loved the stay. Would give it 5* host is extremely kind and helpful. But Be aware there is a one bed apt below the main main house. They would also have use if the pool. So if you are expecting exclusivity and exclusive private use of the pool, you could find another couple staying at the same time. There was no mention of this in the listing. It was lovely and hot, around 27-34 for the two weeks, but we enjoyed a welcome warm breeze at the Villa which you did not have down at the beach where it was stifling. Enjoy Late night swims, a bbq and pizza oven outdoors. 5 sun-loungers and two parasol umbrellas. For shade plus a lovely “sun room” on the back with views down the hillside to the resort of puerta del Carmen and the sea. Playa blanc was 25mins drive. Spa 5-10 mins drive P.d. Carmen 10-15 mins drive. Food was excellent in all the restaurants we tried. Book with confidence and enjoy your holiday.

Séjour très agréable

Très bon accueil. Une grande réactivité dans les échanges. Logement calme, très confortable et très bien équipé, à proximité des plages et commerces (5mn en voiture). Belle et grande piscine à partager avec le logement du dessous. Je recommande !

Wunderbar

Wir waren in der oberen der beiden Wohnungen und haben eine wunderbare Zeit dort verbracht. Balkon und Veranda sind mittlerweile verglast. Man kann die Fenster öffnen und in den kühlen Abendstunden bei geschlossenen Fenstern geschützt den weiten Blick bis zum Meer und nach Fuerteventura genießen – vom Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Alles sehr ruhig, Straßen sind kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und hochwertig. Falls doch mal was sein sollte: Kim ist jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich. Der Salzwasserpool ist sehr angenehm - kein Chlorgeruch, schönes warmes Wasser. La Asomada ist ein nettes Örtchen und ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Entdeckungen der ganz besonderen Landschaften auf Lanzarote und auch zu verschiedenen Stränden.
