Venture to the coast with this roomy and lovely house as your home base. The two-story house is situated within Bayside Resort on a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac across from a picturesque pond. When the clock strikes beach time, you'll be just a quick six-mile drive from the sand. Four beach chairs are available for added convenience. You can also walk easily to the Commons pool!
Enter the home via keyless access and find that its interior features tray ceilings, designer furnishings, farmhouse-chic chandeliers, and three indoor lounge areas so everyone has space to spread out and do their own thing. Roku smart TVs and soundbars are provided for extra entertainment. As a bonus, the screened porch is appointed with plush navy blue furnishings so you can enjoy the outdoors comfortably. If you like to cook while traveling, a gorgeous French country kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and numerous fun gadgets, including a waffle iron, mixer, blender, teapot, and slow cooker. A drip coffee maker and Keurig make a convenient coffee station for the morning.
Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes from the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.
THINGS TO KNOW Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Overall, their state was very good. I would just say that when we arrive, we had an initial hiccups, but the property manager was very attentive to our issues and ensure that we were taking care of.

Lovely house
Great neighborhood. Felt absolutely safe. It was a joy watching young kids- 6 to 8 years old- riding their bikes freely around the neighborhood without parental supervision…
This house is in perfect condition and is in an amazing community. The Bayside Clubhouse is a great place to eat, have a couple of drinks, or just sit and relax.
We’ll definitely be back for next year’s annual golf trip!

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful and had plenty of back up pillows,blankets and towels. There was an abundance of kitchen cooking supplies which was very convenient. Being a duplex we expected to hear the attached neighbors and never did once. The amenities at the resort are fantastic and convenient, would recommend.

Home is beautiful - Vacasa not so great
This is a beautiful home to rent however Vacasa has poor customer service. The home was not cleaned and we dealt with ants the entire vacation. We literally called them on the first day and the issue did not get resolved until the evening we were about to leave. Shame on Vacasa!

Nice home and location but needs cleaning
The home is lovely we've stayed at the property three times. It's located in walking distance to the smaller pool which is nice. The kitchen is big and had room for my family of 10. In the past the bunk room had 4 beds it was a challenge finding an additional bed for the kids but we made it work. The one area which needed attention was the sofa upstairs it was beyond filthy it had blood stains and other stains. Some pillow cases were noticeable dirty and all the beds weren't made. The kitchen vent was dusty as well _ not good for asthmatic kids. Nice home it just needs a deep cleaning

Great home clean with lots of perks
My family has been going to Delaware since the pandemic. I have 2 boys one with autism. I usually rent from VRBO. This year we rented a home from Vacasa. The home is as advertised beautiful, clean with updated appliances. I love the porch, it's screened in and very serene. The property is great with tons of fun things to do.
I was a little shocked to see dirty laundry in a bag in front of the door when I arrived. Both garbage cans were filled along with boxes of pizza beer etc left in the garage. We had to take our garbage to the community area. As a courtesy to the next renters I did put one filled garbage can on the curve.
Besides those issues the one thing I didn't like is the very poor service from Vacasa. I called more than 10 times to request an additional night at the promotional rate. I talked to several representatives all very nice with the exception of one, Adrian or Ariele. It seemed none of the representatives were empowered to make decisions and instead could only text or email managers. I was never able to talk with a manager but instead relied on limited customer care representatives. No one called me back about my request from Vacasa Delaware. They just kept me in limbo. 2nd I purchased 4 passes for the property and later added another pass. The added pass was not available for two days further frustrating me. I explained we have 10 year boys and 1 autistic child both needed adult supervision without the other pass someone would have to stay out. When I called vacasa delaware they simply said it's your loss. I asked for corporate phone numbers and was finally in touch with Jonathan who listened to my issues and tried to get me the extra night. He followed up with emails and phone calls. Unfortunately I was unable to get the extra night but Jonathan was able to give me a late check out and reimburse me for one pass. Housekeeping did show up and we had to explain we were allowed to stay. I would suggest Vacasa provide training or empower representatives to make decisions or at least allow customers to speak directly with managers. I love the home and the neighborhood and will most likely return if the agent is other than Vacasa

Great house in a great location
A beautiful and well kept house with all the amenities we needed. Only part of the experience that needs improvement is to avoid the 20min drive to Bethany office to exchange keys with a lock box or electronic locks.
