Beautiful property

The home and amenities were great. Home was beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Will look into renting this home or another property in this area again.

Long Easter weekend

We’ve stayed many years across the street at Palma Del Mar, but found this property available over the long Easter weekend 2022 and decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did! The property was so nice, clean and very well stocked. They even had beach chairs, beach towels, bags and coolers for us to borrow! We’re familiar with the area and enjoy the many beaches, restaurants and shops, all close to the property. A few other reviews were said to have issues with getting check-in instructions in time to print parking pass before arriving, and not having pool tags that are required by security for the pool. I received our parking pass several days before our arrival, and the pool tags were left on the desk This stay has converted our family to the Bahia side for all future vacation, and would definitely book this property again! Great property

We stayed here over spring break 2022. The property was clean and decorated with a beautiful coastal modern style. It was perfect for our stay! It was close to many beaches, shops and restaurants, but also provided a quiet escape from all the crowds. The condo was very well stocked! We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, bags and coolers that were available for us to borrow! We had a few issues that made things more complicated than they needed to be, but we would stay here again. 1. I had to reach out to the property management company to get check in instructions two days before my trip. 2. They require you to print your parking pass which proved to be a BIG hassle once we arrived. 3. There were also no wristbands to use the pool and we were questioned by security and by residents who told us we needed them. I reached out to the property management company and they said they would look into it, but they never got back to me. As I said, we would stay here again. We were very happy with the property. The things that were inconveniences could be easily fixed by leaving pool and parking passes on the counter at check in.

My husband and I, along with our 3 children decided to come down for the week between holidays. Property was easy to find, exactly as described, clean, and VERY well stocked! We were very thankful for the supplies already in the condo, as we drove 18 hours to get there! Plenty of toilet paper, hand soap, towels, etc. a very nice bonus was the kitchen supplies (foil, salt, pepper, baggies, etc.) that was available in the condo. I would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again. Only teeny snafu would be that we didn’t receive parking pass until we were almost to the condo, and then we were supposed to print out. We actually got a warning on our car during the time that we didn’t have a parking pass. I texted the number and they let me know that I was able to write a temporary one. Maybe consider having some in the condo so guests don’t have to run out to print one! Not at all a huge deal, just more of an inconvenience! Thank you for an overall wonderful stay! Highly recommend the property!
