Clean , great location !!

We had a great stay , it was clean , close to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach, Check in was so easy , they even let us into our room early , which was great after a super long drive . I would absolutely stay again and recommend!

Nice and spacious

This was a good value for what we paid. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with kitchen and balcony. There is a ton of room in it and if you wanted to cook it is made easy with utensils lots and pans. It’s a great location as well and they have a free shuttle to drop you off where you want to go. It was very clean, it could use a few touch ups from wear but nothing major. Has an elevator to the above ground floors. Most rooms balconies face the garden area not the beach as their cover picture shows. You walk across the street to the beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are rented. We would stay there again. We did not go to the sales pitch.

Great location, but frustrating timeshare property

The location is exceptional! So close to the beach, we took early morning walks and spent lots of time at the ocean. The property is a timeshare so that means the high-pressure sales team at check-in. We said "no" to participating in the timeshare presentation; however, they kept pushing multiple times and did not want to respect our answer. This is a large property with multiple buildings. The listing does not disclose which building you will be staying in or what the exact room description is, so the pictures are misleading since the types of rooms and amenities vary. During our stay, there were a few times we tried to contact the concierge with questions about the hotel and local activity, but they would not answer the phone.
