We enjoyed our two week stay in this property-the pool was great and cleaned on schedule. The house is very spacious and provides clean and comfortable accommodations. We only used the master bedroom, but the other two bedrooms were also spacious and clean. Communication with Jan was easy and she is a very responsive host. Everything needed for a great stay is provided, beach towels, chairs and supplies for an infant such as a pack n play, high chair, etc.The location is great and close to shops and the beach.

The house was nicely decorated with a beach feel and very clean and provided everything you would need to be comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in back yard which was nice for our small dog. The only negative was we only had a tiny travel crate that fit our dog under the airplane seat so we weren’t able to go anywhere and leave her in the house alone for very long which wasn’t specified when advertised as pet friendly. Maybe a folding dog crate available with all the other amenities for babies that were available would have made it the perfect stay. The renters were very pleasant to talk with.

We choose not to use the hot tub. Pine needles were constantly falling from a neighbor's pine tree into the pool. Other than that the pool was fine. The faucet in the kitchen sink was very hard to regulate as the tip of the nozzle was broken off allowing the water to come out in one very solid stream that splashed all over me and the counter tops. The house was nicely decorated.

Thank you for your positive review. Kitchen faucet has been replaced, was damaged by previous guests. As the address says “Pinedale” we have several very very old pine trees in the neighborhood which creates a calm and beautiful oasis. Nature of pine trees is to drop pine needles which occasionally enter the pool. Therefore we have professional pool service and provide a net to remove them if needed. I cannot promise the neighbors will remove their pine tree.

We had a great stay at Paradise Found! The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. My husband had to “work from home” a few days during our stay and we found the home very accommodating for that. I loved relaxing in the pool!
