Come relax, unwind, and enjoy the views from this marvelous 1br condo. You'll enjoy some of most amazing views and sunsets from this unit and location is great for getting to the pool and down to the beach.

This condo offers:
• Comfortable king bed
• Kitchenette with 2 burners, small dishwasher, FULL FRIDGE & mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and 6 place settings.
• Shower/Tub combo
• Sofa-bed
• Remodeled unit
• Free Wifi and Free Parking
• Easy walk down to the beach

Free Resort Amenities: The North Bluff Pool and Spa - access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.

*** Please note that the Main Building Pool is currently not available due to ongoing repairs. ***

There is a restaurant at the resort as well as restaurants & shops located across the street at Seascape Village.

Seascape guests have gym access located across the street at Seascape Sports Club. Workout or schedule a Tennis Court or Swim appointment. Daily fee applies and paid to the gym.

This is a private rental, some services such as pay-for-movies, pay-for-bon-fire set up, and beach golf cart rides are not available.

No AC in unit. Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, many properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, amazing views from balcony. Used the kitchnette for preparing most of our meals. Appreciated the full sized refrigerator. Grounds are beautiful w/trails that meander the steep bluffs above the beach & provide awesome views of the ocean and sea life. Easy check-in, great communication with host, extended our stay an extra day with ease. Elevator access to all floors made our move in & out easier. We look forward to staying here again.

Dream getaway location

This condo was amazing. We loved every detail of the space. It’s OS well appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. The view was beautiful from the couch and the balcony. We will stay here again. Great hosts.

Family Reunion

We got 12 family members together in 4 different units at Seascape for a week. My wife and I stayed in this unit and thought it was great. Nicely appointed and in a perfect location. We'll happily stay there again.

Peaceful Setting and Beautiful Condo

This condo is great! Wonderful ocean view from the balcony, very clean inside and recently redone. It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay and the resort is beautiful! Great walking trails and trail down to the beach. The pizza place across the street was good too! We will definitely look at staying here again next time we are in the area. Owners communicated well and made it really easy to book and stay!

Great homebase!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape 214! It was just as advertised with great views, comfortable spaces and easy to navigate property. Really a great home base for exploring the entire Santa Cruz-Aptos and North Monterey Bay area. Our hosts were very accommodating and made it easy for us to change our dates and extend our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great trip!

My family and I always enjoy Seascape and this property is excellent - if you open the Living room door, you can hear the ocean, there is a good size refrigerator which is so important with kids, and the place is located near a pool and the pathway to the beach. We hope to plan our next trip to Maui and utilize one of the sister properties there for our trip!

Thank you for the 5 star review. After your stay, we put in a brand new reclining chair in the unit that our guests have found very comfortable. We also have cushions for the dining chairs to provide more comfort.

Beautiful and relaxing

Enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very clean and fresh. No artificial fragrances which was a nice surprise. The views all time of day and evening were spectacular. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. Loved that the beach was not crowded. Light sleepers might hear people upstairs or walking by. We give it a 9 out of 10 stars! Bring an HDMI cable to connect your phone to the TV if you want to stream a movie.

Lovely!

Such a lovely place to stay! I didn’t realize the property was at a resort. The beach is a path away and the entire resort is very well maintained with many amenities. There are shops within walking distance to purchase a groceries if you need them. Check in was a breeze and hosts communication was on point. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay for our quick getaway

This condo was exactly as pictured. I love that Deck face the water and was a pretty large size. There was a lounge chair and table for four and still some room left. The sofa and recliner were really cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy and pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and I love that there is a restaurant and a bar on site but also a wonderful Mexican restaurant right across the street. We will definitely return for another visit.

Great time! Would return for another vaca. Stairways need to be cleaned. Only Three towels and two washcloths for 9 night rental was not enough. Loved the beach, deck, two fridges, pools, hot tubs and View!

A little slice of Heaven on the Pacific Ocean!(

So comfortable! Great location, loved the extra full-size refrigerator, million dollar view, great sunset, idyllic sounds of birds and ocean, super privacy, full 24 hour access to washer/dryer directly downstairs by elevator, super comfy king bed, manageable wifi and TV (we brought our own Firesticks), rustic, landscaped trails throughout that lead to the most expansive beach with views of Monterey peninsula to the south and Capitola and Santa Cruz to the north with mountains behind, great restaurant downstairs and plaza across the street for anything you would need!

We chose this particular resort because it is so unique to California The first most important feature for us was location. The location of Seascape Resort cannot be matched. Located on a beautiful bluff overlook a sandy beach - access to the beach is so easy. The second most important feature were the amenities. We enjoy the pools and hot tubs and there is a public park for children to enjoy as well as lots of space for walking. We choose Unit 214 because of how it is situated on the property and the fact that it has one of the best views that overlook the pool and views of the pacific ocean. This unit as stunning views because after all - we all need a place to decompress and there is nothing better than sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset or just read and enjoy the view of the ocean.
