Casa de Hemingway justo en el río Pithlacootee

Esta acogedora cabaña de estilo Hemingway, con 2 dormitorios, 1 baño y 1935, está muy cerca del histórico New Port Richey, Florida. Nuestra casa está completamente renovada con electrodomésticos modernos y confortablemente amueblada. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con microondas, mesa con 4 sillas, sala de estar con TV y WiFi. El baño con ducha es apto para minusválidos. Ambas habitaciones están equipadas con camas "queen". Waschecke con lavadora y secadora grandes están en un rincón del Floridazimmer, donde puedes sentarte cómodamente. También hay una mesa y 6 sillas. El jardín está vallado y tiene un montón de aparcamiento para coches y barcos.

Alrededores: Nuestra casa de campo Hemingway se encuentra a poca distancia de los cafés, restaurantes y el centro de New Port Richey. Está justo en Sims Park y en las inmediaciones del pintoresco lago Orange, que es un gran lugar para pasear. Camine por Sims Park hasta Main Street o camine por el pintoresco río Pithlachascotee. Sims Park tiene un maravilloso parque infantil cubierto y un pequeño parque acuático para niños, ¡con un gimnasio para los más grandes y un teatro Amphi!

Parkside at New Port Richey

Great little house, great neighborhood, seamless check-in and out, and a very accommodating & nice landlord.Very relaxing and fun place to visit. Lots of nearby good restaurants, sights to see and activities to partake in.

Awesome area

Loved walking across the street to a beautiful walk along the river and through a beautiful park with beautiful fountain area or sit on a peaceful bench in the park or a nice walk downtown to shop, eat, drink...Will definitely try to visit here again!

The cottage was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We could walk to restaurants, park. We attended free events in the park . Love New Port Richie!

A quaint littke find!!

The location was perfect! We regret that due to colder weather, we did not get out to enjoy the park and riverwalk. The heart of New Port Richey is very charming and easily accessible on foot. Communication with Andrea was excellent. Since we used the front door to come and go, a walkway, if some sort, to the driveway would have been handy to avoid going through the yard. The cottage was very comfortable for our needs. A pod type coffee maker would have been nice, as we did bring pods from home. Furniture was comfortable and it was nice to have a few fleece throws to use. The outlets on the bedside clocks were a welcome find! We would definitely stay again if in the area. .

Excellent all around

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just perfect, close to everything but still private. The cottage was so cute and very clean. I love Muscovy ducks and there were plenty to see and feed. Andrea was wonderful and very prompt with communication. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!!

Im a Mountain Man

The cottage is well situated in a quiet neighborhood. The well groomed community park just across the street worked perfectly for my daily dawn stroll. Many resteraunts are within easy walking distance. Several other community parks with trails are withinn 15 minutes. Nearest beach aporoximatly 8 minutes away. Plenty of wading birds to watch in the beighborhood. I did see manatees on several occassions in the adjacent canal style river. If you like Florida you will like the cottage and neighborhood but I was born on a mountain and lived in a cave and Appalachia is all that I crave.

Home away from home

This was a quaint little home with just the right amount of things to make it feel like a home, but not be too much stuff. The AC stayed at the appropiate temperature we set it at. No bugs to be found in tge home whatsoever, other than an occasional lizard out on the lanai 😁, but thats to be expected in Florida. Communication was great with Andrea. I would give her feedback on just a few very minor things that I noticed and she responded with grace and appreciation. My father loves this little cottage and we will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you Andrea for making us feel like this was our home away from home

Fantastic cottage

We found the cottage and its location to be better than we'd hoped for with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea was a perfect host and available if needed. We would highly recommend this cottage. Thank you for a wonderful few weeks

Excellent location

My parents and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is perfect for walks around the park or into town. My parents are elderly so the handicap accommodations were perfect! The host is very quick to respond to questions and she made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Christmas away

Great location Perfect for walking along the canal and to downtown area with restaurants and shops. Nice Winn Dixie close by . Able to walk to recreation center and play pickleball

Cozy house with lots of nearby activities.

Went to Florida to visit my son and family. This place was close to their home and had lots of things to keep the kiddos busy while visiting us - games, playground and park nearby. The host was great at communicating with me. Thanks so much for sharing your place.

Wonderful return visit to Hemingway Cottage!

Stayed with Andrea last year and couldn’t wait to come back! Clean, comfortable home with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and stress free vacation. Located on the edge of Sims Park we strolled along the Pithlachascotee River and thru the beautiful Park to the vibrant New Port Richey downtown many times…peaceful and perfect for us. Andrea continues to be a great Host as evidenced by our thoughtful accommodations and her clear and immediate communication when needed. Treat yourself…come to the Cottage, unwind and relax!

We enjoyed our stay at Hemmingway Cottage!

Great location in the center of revitalized Downtown New Port Richey. Right across the street from Sims Park and Orange Lake and the Cotee Riverwalk. Great surroundings for activities and daily walks. Downtown has a wide variety of restaurants, craft breweries, ice cream shops, theater and the renovated Hacienda Hotel has a great restaurant. The cottage suited us perfectly and Andrea, the host was a pleasure to deal with, always ready to help with any needs. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Cottage!

Hemingway Cottage

The cottage is quaint and was comfortable for two people. The park is right across the street and Main Street is on the other side of the park with lots of shops and restaurants. for walking during the day. All of this you see while you walk along the river.

Centrally located

We stayed for a weekend and as soon as I got my December dates I tried to book it again. Already booked up. I enjoyed the location. We try and get it for June 2023.

Great host, great place!!

My son decided to extend his stay a day at the last minute. Andrea accommodated our change. The cottage is lovely, right across the street from Sims park. Lots of walkable places to visit, eat at etc. I wouldnt hesitate to book again when the kids come back to visit.

Staying at the cottage was a great stay. We went out to eat in the restaurants that were in walking distance, watched the sunset by the lake. Everything there was so convenient, from the closeness of everything, to the washer and dryer and overall relaxation

Complete comfort

New Port Richey is a wonderfully laid back small city and this rental is the best! Completely walkable to all the town has to offer and right across the street from a beautiful park on the river. The landlord Andrea is very nice and helpful with any questions and the cottage is clean and supplied with everything to make you right at home. Can’t wait to visit again.
