Beautiful, Colorful, Relaxing & Inviting Home approx. 1800 sq feet located in the Johnson Ranch Community & nestled in the Foothills of the San Tan Mountains. Our Home was built in 2004, Vaulted ceilings and recently updated with interior paint, new carpet/tile throughout. Great size family room with 42" LCD TV/DVD and WiFi. Opens up to kitchen with all the conveniences of home(fully equipped kitchen). Kitchen nook with Bay window and table w/4 chairs. Island w/2 swivel bar stools. Formal dining area has Table & 6 chairs with a matching serving cart. Sitting area with two oversized chairs & ottoman for when you feel like curling up and reading a good book. Large master bedroom with King size bedroom set, has walk in closet, soaking tub, separate shower/toilet & double sinks. bath & bedroom linens. Ceiling fans in each Bedroom and all of our beds are comfortable. Covered patio w/patio table & 4 chairs, Gas Stainless Steel BBQ Grill. Spacious back yard. This is a 'No Smoking' zone home. Free access to 3 Community Pools, Jacuzzi Hot Tubs/Spas, Parks, Lighted Tennis & Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball, Walking Paths, a free Play Pitch & Putt golf course. Also, this Community is surrounded by a Champion Golf Course with reasonable fees.

This was the perfect home for my needs. Stayed for six weeks while transitioning after the sale of my home. Terry was excellent with communication, quick responses and helping when needing to extend original stay. Well equipped for everything you need with comfortable and quiet accommodations. Absolutely recommend for any stay within the Queen Creek/San Tan area.

Family visit

Very well maintained home in a quiet suburban location. Very nice amenities. The host was very affable and responded quickly and calmly if there were any issues. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a private place while visiting the area.

San Tan Stuff!

Slightly farther away from typical “Valley area” we expected, but the owner had left fantastic information about the local area, and we had a great time. Highly recommend the live music at the clubhouse if it’s available when you’re there.

Comfortable Home for Working Vacation

The host supplied a beautiful, clean, spacious home in a quiet, easy to find neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. Kitchen was fully stocked with basic cooking and dining tools.Very grateful that we were able to take advantage of this home for our work-related stay. Would stay here again, and recommend to others.

Overall, place has a lot of room and garage access which was very nice. Access to the community pool was also nice. Only issue was with the cleanliness. Place was not as clean as expected and there is a distinct odor of pets in the carpet.

Parents visit

My parents came to visit from Michigan. Upon booking this home, the hosts reached out to see if we had any questions and to ensure everyone was comfortable. They loved the home with its grassy backyard, and multiple rooms for visiting. We had a great visit with them. Excellent customer service and wonderful home! Would definitely stay again!!

Country Thunder 2021

Great location for this fun event! About 30 minutes from the concert venue. The house was great for what we needed. Didn’t get much of an opportunity to use the pools, but we went once. Make sure to go to San Tan Flat for a great meal, and live music. Such a fun place.

Simply a great spot!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Terry was great to deal with and provided all the info necessary to take advantage of the home and the community. The kitchen is well equipped, and a good size. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable (the only one we used). The other bedrooms were also well fitted. The wifi was fast and cable service good. The community is safe, quite and the facilities are first class. Shopping is close by, within walking distance on a nice day. There are three fairly large heated pools and lots of areas for sitting. Not being golfers I can't comment on the course except to say it looked well kept. We preferred to walk to the pool area, but there is parking available if you would rather drive - about a third of a mile from the house. The home itself has a very nice backyard, with a BBQ for a little outdoor cooking. I would suggest you'll be delighted with your choice if you decide to spend some time here - we were!

Home away from home!

This was our first experience of renting for more than a week and it was great. We stayed for 1 month and did so many interesting things in the surrounding area (hiking in regional parks, visiting a monastery and winery, and many more). We were within a mile of a large grocery store (Fry's) and Walmart was about 2 miles away with lots of businesses and restaurants in-between. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood (Johnson Ranch) and everyone we met was friendly. The weather was beautiful in January - we sat outside in the backyard patio everyday! We biked or walked to the numerous community parks with our grandson. We also went to the 2 community pools - they are heated and have hot tubs. The pools are about 3/4 mile in either direction from the house. There are also tennis and basketball courts and a golf course. The home was clean and loaded with many kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom accessories. We used the drip coffee maker every morning. They even have a coffee bean grinder. The appliances are older but everything was in working order. You can even park your car in the garage. The owners provided information for check-in and were very prompt in answering our questions. They also kindly accommodated an early check-in for us. I would definitely rent from Terry and Cindy again.

We purchased this home in 2009 to share with family, friends & others. We needed a warm place to come in from the Colorado snow or the Oregon rains. We Love Golfing, Fishing, Playing board games, relaxing by the Pool and meeting folks from all over the world.

Why they chose this property

Small growing community that has a lot to offer. You can fly on Allegiant Airlines for reasonable rates straight to Mesa Gateway. Johnson Ranch Community plans many events and activities where you can have fun and meet your neighbors. Allot of Sunshine and Spring Training Baseball! 15 professional teams are here during the months of March and April!

What makes this property unique

Nice Golf Courses within minutes, Pathway Parks for walking and riding bikes, 3 Community Pools & Spas. Shopping, YMCA, San Tan Flats Restaurant, Bear Grille,Starbucks,Wal-Mart Superstore,grocery stores and major banks nearby. Within 30-40 minute drive to many spring training field locations. Also, plenty of sunshine!
