The furniture`s maximum weight capacity is 500lbs. Plus-size visitors may consult the host before making a reservation.

There is plenty of parking space on the premise. One parking space for a full sized pick up. There is also an additional parking space for other vehicles and trailers.

Pets or animals are not allowed

Smoking and piping are not allowed.
