Welcome to Downtown Comfort, a bright corner condo at Summit Manor in the heart of Gatlinburg. Walk to the Parkway, restaurants, shops and the convention center, then return to mountain views, two balconies and a comfortable place to unwind.

YOUR DOWNTOWN HOME BASE
• Two bedrooms: one king bed and two queen beds
• Two full bathrooms, including a primary ensuite with a jetted tub
• Corner location with extra natural light
• Mountain views and two balconies
• Gas fireplace and open living, dining and kitchen areas
• Full kitchen with stainless-steel appliances
• Dining table for six, plus three kitchen-bar seats
• In-unit washer and dryer
• On-site parking and elevator access
• Shared seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub

SLEEP AND RECHARGE
The primary bedroom has a king bed and its own balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes a large jetted tub, separate tiled shower and granite double vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds, with a second bathroom offering a tub/shower combination and a separate vanity area.

GATHER IN COMFORT
The open living area brings everyone together for meals, conversation and quiet evenings beside the stone gas fireplace. Double doors open onto the living-room balcony, while the corner location adds natural light. Enjoy morning coffee and mountain scenery outside; views of LeConte Creek are seasonal, generally in fall, winter and early spring.

COOK AND SETTLE IN
The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and the essentials for preparing drinks, snacks and meals. The dining table seats six, with three additional seats at the kitchen bar. A few coffee pods are provided to get you started, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo.

EXPLORE ON FOOT
The condo is steps from the Parkway and Gatlinburg Convention Center, across the street from the Ober Mountain tram station, and within walking distance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance. Leave the car parked while you enjoy nearby dining, shopping and attractions.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Third-floor condo with elevator and stair access; the unit is next to the stairway.
• The shared outdoor pool and hot tub operate seasonally.
• Bring your own pool towels. Condo bath towels must remain in the unit.

This is a great property and the location is wonderful. It was so nice to be right in the middle of the action but still have a quiet place to rest. The accommodation are great as it’s a very comfortable condo. We couldn’t recommend this property highly enough.

Truly loved our visit to this condo. Just beautiful and clean. Also incredibly quiet away from the crazy on the strip. Loved that we were able to take the elevator down to the less steep street to get to the main strip as well. Would definitely visit again at this beautiful condo.

This unit exceeded all our expectations.! It was extremely clean and the decor was just perfect! The location was also very good, as we were able to walk to most of our destinations. The view from the balconies was peaceful and serene. It was furnished with everything we needed. We would gladly stay there again and highly recommend it to others!Get ready to hike up the driveway to the building! We definitely got our steps in!

Enjoyed our stay very much. This is our 2nd time renting a condo in this building because we love the location. It’s right off the strip and walking distance to everything. Great location for walking in Gatlinburg. Also enjoyed the 3rd floor location on the far end of the building. Could see and hear the rushing water in the creek. The snow was a pleasant surprise. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the heaters in the bathrooms. Everything was great.
