Our newly built apartment, which is also ideal as a single apartment, located on a hill from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains Wilder Kaiser, the Bandstadl where the well-known Bergdoktorhaus and the ski resort Hohe Salve. 100 meters from your apartment is the entrance to a beautiful cross-country ski trail and the approach to the ski bus with which you can easily reach the gondola station.  In 7 - 10 minutes you reach our cozy village center where you will find various restaurants and shops.

Studio, shower, toilet, terrace:
Newly built approx. 25m ² large, cozy apartment which has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave / oven, coffee machine, etc.). Storage facilities for your winter sports equipment (cross-country skis, alpine skis, ski boots, tobogganing) are available in a separate lockable room.
