Topp: die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung funktioniert super. Kompetent, professionell und zuvorkommend. Antworten erfolgen zeitnah und ausführlich. Topp: die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, der Möbel, der Bäder, der Küche, der Gegenstände. Zimmer und Bäder scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein. Jedes Zimmer hat Dusche/WC. Dicke flauschige Handtücher, gute Matratzen und Bettwaren. Topp: die Gastroküche mit großer Arbeitsfläche und Industriespülmaschine. Topp: die Anzahl an Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern. Mehr als ausreichend und vielfältig. Topp: Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, ausreichend Parkplätze. Was uns gefehlt hat war ein WC im Erdgeschoss und ein Grill auf der Terrasse. In der Küche hätten wir uns einen Gasherd mit mehreren Flammen, statt Kochplatten gewünscht. Jedoch heben die Vorteile diese wenigen Nachteile auf. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen.
