Hi Kristi, Thank you for the review. I am glad that you enjoyed the house. I’m sorry about the temp. It has been so hot so far this year. I can ask the owners to check the fans or see if anything can be done to the system to see if we can beat the July heat, even when extreme. The house was power washed, but here in the country by the lake it is ferocious. I am sorry that we did not set that expectation ahead of time. :( Another expectation I will set moving forward is to let guests know that since the house is so popular, we often have back-to-back bookings within a week, but the trash company will only pickup once. Thankfully, dumpsters are very close to the house that may be used (specific ones I can send guests to). It would be best for guests to know ahead of time, just-in-case, though. Thanks for helping me realize that. We value the input of our guests! I am glad that you had a great time at the lake and a great time with your group overall! 😊 Thank you, again!

Hi Alexander, thank you for the review. I am glad you all had a good time. :) The AC and flooring are being addressed. I did not know about the ants. I will let the exterminator know to check it out. I apologize for any misunderstanding about the pets. Pets are allowed with a fee. I will look into the Vrbo settings and see if there is a way to make that more clear.
