About this property

Very central, in a unique location, in a cul-de-sac without through traffic, in the middle of quiet single and multi-family houses, this holiday home built in 2008 in the style of a captain's villa is on the ground floor of a 4-family house.

Architecturally, sophisticated comfort was combined with the typical Baltic Sea architectural style and adapted to the landscape. With about 10 minutes walk to the lagoon or beach, with about 5 minutes walk to the forest or the bakery, everything is easily accessible and the car can go on vacation in its own parking lot.
The Villa Ostseestern Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor with an exclusively usable south-east facing garden with terrace, garden furniture and grill. Own bike shed also available.
The interior for up to four people is modern, comfortable and of high quality and ensures a relaxing holiday mood with its subtle maritime style. All rooms have underfloor heating and tiles as well as insect screens on the windows.
The approx. 22 sqm living and cooking area offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. The connecting element is the massive extendable table for eating or playing. The living area has a sofa corner, satellite TV, DVD, stereo with CD and USB connection, games collection, mini library.
The bathroom has a shower with a real glass cabin with a low entry as well as a bathtub, toilet, vanity, plenty of storage space and a towel warmer.
In both bedrooms, a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m or two single beds each in 0.90 x 2.00 m with 7-zone mattresses in each 0.90 x 2.00 m with adjustable slatted base put a lot of emphasis on comfort. Spacious wardrobes, clock radios, original paintings and allergy-friendly bedding underline this.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in toller Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen (Bäcker, Restaurants und natürlich das Meer) und dennoch ist es ganz ruhig gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber, neu und hochwertig und hat für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Anreise ist sehr unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön

Schöne saubere moderne Fewo, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Gute Lage, ca. 10 min zu Fuß ins schöne Zentrum von Zingst. Einzig, als wir ankamen, waren alle Heizungen voll aufgedreht. Zum einen war es darin wie in einer Sauna, zum anderen muss das sein, gerade jetzt? Wir würden diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen, solange der Preis stimmt. Das war hier angemessen.

Ruhiges Objekt und dennoch zentral.

Ein tolles Objekt zentral gelegen und mit dem Fahrrad kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Bäcker, zum Strand, zu Restaurants. Die Wohnung macht aus unserer Sicht mehr her als auf den Fotos. Frühstücken auf der Sonnenterrasse ist einfach super.
