Well appointed basement apartment in lovely neighborhood

We had a very relaxed time. Apartment was spotless and doggie friendly. Apartment had off-street parking (a bonus for unloading). Neighborhood was very diverse. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Close access to green space for dog walking.

Excellent Accommodations on the North Side of Chicago

We will definitely stay here again! The neighborhood is exceelnt, and almost serene. People are very friendly. The unit was clean and had everything could think of. Our pup stayed with us, and it was nice that there werent many stairs, and having a parking spot is worth the unit alone! Parking isn't usually too bad on the street though. Communication was awesome, and the hosts were wonderful. Thank you again! Loved it!

Highly Recommended

The property is super easy to find & has parking included. Realistically you’ll be about 40 minutes from the heart of the city but the neighborhood is nice & quiet along with everybody being friendly. The neighborhood has plenty of places to walk dogs which was important for us. The pictures of the listing are accurate as to what to expect. The hostess left us snacks & treats/bowls for our puppers which was a nice surpise; they also have an in-unit book where previous visitors give recommendations based on things they did which we enjoyed as well. Overall a great stay. You can hear footsteps & stuff upstairs fairly frequently but it isn’t enough to make the unit un-enjoyable.

Very Welcoming and Nice Space

The owners were very pleasant. Check in and out was a breeze. Pet friendly, they even set out bowls and treats for us to use during our stay. Very clean and cute setup. We had 4 adults, plus dogs. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Lots of fantastic food options nearby. The neighborhood was really nice and quiet. Not a bad drive into the city to see the sites and hit Navy Pier. I worked remotely one of the days, and had zero issues with connectivity.
