Parking was not the best, have to know how to parallel park at the front. Overall, it was a great weekend stay for us, clean, (except for the drywall shavings on the floor in some places) comfortable bed and space, and the neighbors upstairs were very loud and could hear every step they took but it was perfect for us. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a small comfortable space for your trip! Again the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!

Lovely location and amenities

Our recent stay was perfect in every way. The location was perfect, a walk from our son's residence. The suite was like new with easy access and beautiful accommodations. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing stay

Ola’s place was so great! It looks to be brand new and it was so clean. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. Ola was extremely communicative and he was a great host. Would definitely book again when coming back to the city. Couldn’t say more great things about this stay!

Wonderful newly updated property. Beautiful decor and furnishings. For us it was a great location. The owners are totally responsive to the needs of their guests. The internet went out (provider issue not owners) and we got an immediate response to our email. We felt safe and secure in the garden apartment. Note that parking can be difficult but not impossible.

The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised. Great communication. The only downside is the noise from the apartment upstairs in the early morning (5:30-6:30 a.m.) stools/chairs dragging and footsteps. Other than that all was good.

This property is in a good location near Wrigley field. Also 20minutes to downtown. Parking is on the street but open spots were always available. Unit itself is clean and updated. The only thing needed is an automatic dishwasher. We enjoyed the patio outback. A park is within walking distance. Host checked with us to see if we needed anything. I recommend this unit and will use it again

Things to know about this place before you book

You pay a cleaning fee but you have to clean the place yourself and the community door and apartment code are the same so anyone that knows the outside door code can access your place.

We were surprised and disappointed to read your review of our property. We take guest feedback seriously, but we believe your assessment contains inaccuracies. To clarify, our guests are never asked to clean the entire unit. We simply ask that dirty towels be placed in the washing machine and started. This is a small request to help us maintain a clean environment for all guests. Security is of the utmost importance to us. Each apartment has its own unique access code for both the apartment and the community door. This code is specific to your unit and does not provide access to other apartments, ensuring your privacy and safety. We value all feedback and strive to provide an exceptional guest experience. The apartment was clean. The primary issue was that it sounded like the aprtment above had a toddler and no carpeting. Each morning, we were woken by endless footsteps above.
