The bedding was clean but I would use a milder detergent or fabric softener. Something less strong or natural. Overall the stay was great and super clean space.

A great place!

This is indeed a cozy 1-bedroom house. It has been remodeled and is very attractive and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit family in the Wicker Park area.

The room was clean. The location is downtown, but not quite within walking distance to the main attractions. The house does not have a private driveway and the street is quite full, but we were always able to find a parking spot within thirty feet from the house. The host was very responsive. All in all, we've received a good value for the money.

Dennis is a dream host.

Dennis is an absolute dream of a host in an already wonderful location. The property was clean and as described. The location can’t be beat. Dennis is more than accomodating, having gone out of his way to make my stay more comfortable on multiple occasions. When i return to Chicago, this is where i’m going to be staying.

A native of Georgia, I have been calling Chicago home for the past 8 years. I love exploring the city and all of its charm including restaurants, bars, entertainment, and the lake. Please don't ever hesitate to reach out for advice on what to do in our beautiful city.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

East Humboldt Park is a beautiful neighborhood nestled on the west side of Chicago bordering Wicker Park and Ukranian Village. Close to bars, amazing restaurants, and amazing Puerto Rican history, East Humboldt Park has everything Chicago is famous for. One of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood is Heritage Caviar Bar where you can find your fill of international cuisine and curated caviar.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property was recently renovated in May 2024. Everything is brand new including appliances, furniture, and finishes. You won't regret choosing our cozy abode.
