-Household: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom | 6 extra trash bags (typically under kitchen sink)

-Kitchen: Salt and Pepper | 2 rolls of paper towels | dishwasher tablets/liquid | liquid dish soap | 1 Sponge | miscellaneous cookware and utensils

Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.



2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $69 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay. 2.1 PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.



3. If you are traveling during the Winter season, we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

The drive in was gorgeous! Arriving to the house which has lots of curb appeal, we were very impressed! Upon entering the house it was beautiful, very clean, and super organized! We were only in town for 2 days, but fell in love with the property!
