In the 1. Upstairs is the apartment with 105 sqm living space. From the hall you reach the left side of the spacious living-dining area with large table, chairs, large living area and open kitchen with access to the balcony.
After a "long" excursion with the whole family or after a "hard" beach day with the children, you can relax on the large living area and the rocking chair and watch TV.
The high quality kitchen is, like everything else, brand new and equipped for all cooking. Adequate work space, a fridge with freezer and the dishwasher will help you.
On this side there is the one bedroom with double bed and TV with separate dressing area and bathroom with bath and toilet. For the stress-free privacy of all family members provides the second bathroom with shower and toilet.
The second bedroom with double bed 180x200 and wardrobe and the third bedroom with pullout bed 160x200 is located in the right part of the apartment. The third bedroom is suitable for both children and 2 adults. In a storage room are children's toys for the beach.
The apartment is suitable for large families as well as for two couples with children. For the little ones a high chair and a travel cot can be provided. In the storage room is a washing machine and a dryer ready. For safety there is a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher for all cases.
