The Space
Furnished in relaxed, colorful Mid-Century Modern style, this villa is bathed in natural light and offers stunning mountain views. The generous layout provides ample room for living, working, and playing. The dining area is ideal for morning breakfast or evening meals, while the living areas include cable TV and streaming access for entertainment.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to enjoy your private pool and heated 10-person spa. The pool area is perfect for soaking up the sun, relaxing with a drink, or enjoying an evening under the stars. A gas grill is available for outdoor dining and entertaining. You will also find a outdoor dining table large enough for 10 people, multiple umbrellas, and a side yard long enough for regulation corn hole game.

Location
Located in the central neighborhood of Sunrise Park, you are in walking distance to restaurants, general stores, and a gym. Downtown Palm Springs is even a brisk 20-minute walk or a 3-minute car ride.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to your arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay):
There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

Additional Policies & Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
