So Relaxing

We loved this house. Close to all the fun and just far away enough to enjoy the evenings in peace. Clean, open, new, and had everything we needed. We all slept like babies and loved being able to wash our clothes conveniently. Will stay here again! Have fun in NOLA!

This place is gorgeous! We had plenty of room for everyone and very short drives to the Quarter!

Highly recommend this Vrbo. We stayed two nights in this rental and it was beautiful! Very modern and clean. The check-in was very easy. There are two bedrooms (upstairs)and two and a half bathrooms. Huge open space in combining the living and dining. If you plan on walking to the French Quarter, it’s about 20 minutes. However it was very easy to get an Uber. I will be recommending this place to everyone for future trips.

Great host and wonderful property

We stayed at the house for 4 nights. Had to call Sterling (owner) once to ask for the code for the alarm. Prior he was right on any questions we had. He is a great host. We highly recommend this property. Only 5-10 minutes from all locations. Very comfortable and left us snacks and waters which were very much appreciated. Thank you for everything Sterling.

Looking forward to returning

Great place to be near everything but far enough away to not hear it or be affected by traffic. Close to the highway but still has low noise pollution- not bothersome at all. Gorgeous Quiet Slept well Comfortable Clean Friendly neighbors Small local parade right outside on day 1! Then quiet nights (from the bedrooms upstairs) Near food/market (just walk down the street) Quick Lyft/Uber rides to convention etc- 12$ to Riverwalk and 35-100 from the airport depending on busy time The bathtub and showers were PERFECT Master bath tub was luxurious Loved the style of the house throughout Slap ya mama spice- nice touch in the kitchen! My mom loved the security system and double front doors The back porch and rocking chairs were perfect- relaxing and loved having coffee in the AM on the porch. High ceilings and open floor plan- spacious The tv is the perfect size! Very Large! New appliances and coffee supplies- didn't need to bring in coffee at all the whole stay! Welcome snacks were great to see after traveling all day and the communication with the host was perfect and timely. This place is a gem and was the perfect stay! I miss it so much already!!!
